Hi, @Zach27.

Welcome to the Shopify Community. We appreciate you sharing your question here!

Thank you for sharing your store URL to provide us with context. While navigating to your storefront on an iOS mobile device using Safari and Google Chrome browsers, I was not able to replicate the scrolling issue.

In order for us to further investigate, could you share a bit more information on the following:

  • Are customers experiencing the scrolling issue on mobile?
  • What browser(s) are you using on mobile?
  • When did the issue first begin?
  • Have you tried accessing your website in an incognito window on mobile?
  • Does the scrolling issue occur on other websites?

In the meantime, I suggest following Apple Support's Steps to restart your iPhone. A second option is to ensure you do not have VoiceOver turned on. I'll share this Apple Community thread where a user experienced a similar scroll issue. It also includes steps on how to turn off VoiceOver.

While you're here, I'd love to share some tips to help you with business and branding! Have you thought about buying a custom domain for your website? By adding a custom domain to your website, customers will no longer see your .myshopify.com URL and will see Premium Kitchen Helper. If you're interested to learn more, check out our resource on Buying a domain through Shopify.

The second tip I'd like to share is adding a favicon image to your store. This can help with branding as customers will see your logo next to your website name in the web browser bar. You can upload a favicon image directly from your Shopify admin by following the steps we've shared here. If you're not sure where to locate the favicon image, check out the screenshot I've shared below.

I look forward to hearing back and learning more!
