Sorry to hear about your experience with your order. We always want customers to have a great experience while shopping online. Any shop that uses the Shopify platform is their own business and as a business they have a responsibility to the customers that place orders or use their service. Anytime there is a business that might be operating out of bad faith, there's a specific process that must be followed in order for the business to correct their mistake or be shut down.
If you haven't already tried to contact the business directly to figure out what's happening with your order, please try that by responding directly to the confirmation email you received from them. We always want businesses to be successful and responsible for the relationship between them and their customers. If you have already attempted to contact the store with no response or help, you can report the business to us here. Once you finish the report, you will want to contact your bank and let them know exactly what happened with your order, show them your order confirmation email, the website, and any correspondents you've had with the business. Your bank will be able to help you going forward and also be able to send their own internal report for any stores they are contacted about. They will explain the next steps to you.
