Hi!

My idea was to find the chargers with the highest quality and sell them.

Do you guys think this idea can work?

If yes, how can I drive more people to my store?

Hi @chargemyphone

I think your business idea is great and will work however to help people really understand it you need to show your expertise in terms of charger selection. Start marketing and writing content revolving how you help them find a REASONABLE but OF GREAT QUALITY charger, which help them save tons of money. People like the idea of success so tell them about it not just what you gonna do for them.

With that in mind you can do these things to acquire more visitors to your store:

- Create blog post, guesting blog post on technology, charger, how charger selection would help customers save money and preserve their phone battery

- Run Google Ads on how much money they would save

- Try opening a TikTok account venting about charger, technology and such

- Build your website as a charger hub for the expertise.

- Always include a good support place so you can catch all the customer feedbacks.

That's a brief marketing tactics collection. For your store, I also would want to provide some recommendation to make it a great landing page for all the traffic you have driven to.

1. Home Page

MooseDesk_0-1696213365585.png

- The heading on the picture is quite difficult to see. You might want to add an dark overlay on the picture or put the Heading into a box so it can be much easier to read.

- The CTA button  should be more outstanding to catch customer attention. I propose changing to different color with solid state for that button.

- You might want the promotion banner with a discount code to be sticky so it will always in customer sight and remind them to actually buy something to redeem it. Another color standing out from white is also suggested to make it stand out.

- A sticky header is also recommended since it would help your customers navigate around your site better in turn enhance their customer experience. The header's height is now quite big, you might want to move the entire navigation to the same row with the logo, which makes the header thinner and can be sticked to the page as scrolling down.

MooseDesk_1-1696214508059.png

- The Featured Product List section should be placed on top of the page (right under the hero section). It gives visitors a broad view of what you are selling

MooseDesk_2-1696214668135.png\\-

- Currently you feature 3 products on your website, however it only shows its variation and do not have any information on how it's going to help customer. For a visitor (like me) I don't really know why these products are better than my current charger so you might want to feature maybe 1 product only but include a section to explain how this winning product going to help customers (for example: full battery in 1 hour only, ...)

- This Guarantee section should be placed as the 3rd section of the home page. It follows the psychological flow: you show them what you are selling -> you show them a significant product -> you show them buying from you is safe.

Other section like Blog and Email can be put at the bottom of the page.

2. Support

(Sorry in advance if my test bugs your support team.)

So a very important in creating great user/customer experience is designing a place where customers can easily ask about your product or feedback their experience. There are some recommendations for you in terms of that:

- Include distinctive avatar to create a more personalized interaction, eliminating the perception of conversing with a machine.

3. Product Page

I see here that you have customer review section included, which is a very good point to make your customers believe more in your product.

However, you can make the good even better with a section right under the product detail section, explaining how the customer can benefit from the product.

Hi @chargemyphone ,

This is Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder App.

Congratulations on your new store! It looks amazing and it's clear you've worked hard on it. I'd love to share some suggestions as hereby:

1. Highlight announcement bar

To make your announcement more visually appealing and attention-grabbing, consider changing the text color. It's important to choose a color that matches the theme of your campaign and evokes excitement or anticipation in your customers.

2. Adjust hero banner section

Maximize the impact of your heading and button with an overlay color on the background image. Additionally, a brief store description can provide context and captivate visitors.

3. Change the heading content

Modify the title to read "Best Seller" and relocate the "Free Shipping" information to a section that corresponds with its content, ensuring better alignment between the elements and their respective context. This adjustment will enhance the overall coherence and user experience on the page.

Furthermore, in this section:

4. Adjust trust badges section

Consider relocating 'Free Shipping' and 'Free Returns Possible to this section. After that, enhance visual appeal by incorporating an icon or image.

5. Keep 1 newsletter section

Since you are using the newsletter section on both the second section and the footer, consider keeping only one section.

6. Prepare for holiday campaign

Boost your holiday sales with specially crafted strategies for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Thanksgiving:

  • Highlight your holiday gift wrapping option on your website and in your checkout process.
  • Consider offering a discount on gift wrapping for purchases during the holiday season.
  • Promote your limited-time offers and gift wrapping service on social media and in your email newsletter.
