Thank you so much. This really helps. I am just wondering where can I change the colours for 'View All' button? 

I am using impulse theme. I can not find under theme settings any button that would be white and color black as it is on 'View All' button

I like the look of your store a lot! I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase conversion rate: 

1. Testimonials/product review. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page -- whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence. 
2. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product. 
3.  Adding a blog. Adding blog posts with topics targeted at your target audience would help bring the right people to your site, and also helps with the searchability of your site on search engine. 
4. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

1. Change the hover image 

You should change the second image of your product image displayed with the image model using your product to help it be more realistic. Buyers will easier to visualize the product. Example for one product of your store here:

You should have product images with the same background on the same page display. For example, 2 products have images displayed with clean backgrounds but the middle products have different image types of displaying. You should make sure products in the same list display as same background to make product images in your store more consistent and professional.



For example, 3 products are all displayed with the same white background.



3. Include a star rating and the number of ratings on your product


Customers check ratings, reviews, and feedback on the product before deciding to order it. You should include this section together with your product information to get more trustworthy. 

4. Consider using “load more”

Firstly, when using a suboptimal product-loading method, users may struggle to load more results or feel overwhelmed by the number of products loading. 


Secondly, load more effect helps customers reduce time to check/compare products. For example, customers who have seen this coat on page 1 consider ordering it but now they open page 2 to check the other. On page 2 they found the other product quite the same they want to compare it with the coat before, with load more options they just need to scroll up. But with the current option they need to click back to page 1, and it takes more time to load.  



5. Prepare for the holiday event

Christmas is coming. It’s time for you to prepare a Christmas plan for your store and renew your page:

  • Change the Christmas template

You should modify your page to keep it up to date with special holidays that boost customer mood to get more products for their holiday. A Christmas template with red and green colors will help your page be more attractive.


  • Discount and Promotion

You should make a promotion plan to increase your customer demand. It can be some discounts or gifts addition when customers one product then get a free related product. 


  • Count down timer

This will create a sense of urgency and encourage customers to buy now. You should set a limited time in a day that makes customers make a decision faster to order your product.
