Hi Shopify Fam,

before it was too much stuff on the page now its a lot cleaned (but that's my opinion )

what you think how product page should look like?

how much number would you give from out of 10:- https://www.supersell.co.nz/products/nebula-by-anker-capsule-3-laser-1080p-mini-smart-tv-projector-w...

Hi @SinghSells ,

I'm delighted that you've reached out to the community, and I'm excited to offer my insights based on my experience. It's always great to see passionate business owners seeking ways to enhance their store's performance.

First of all, I had a great experience exploring your product page. The design is beautiful and well-crafted, provides a seamless experience. It seems like everything looks quite polished. If I were to offer any suggestions, they would be minor details such as:

1. Simplify the product description
I think your current product description can be shorten to make it more user-friendly. As store visitors need to keep scrolling down a lot of time to read everything, it's highly a chance that they may drop off at this step. As I see here, you are putting a lot of images in the description, while the majority of them are already appeared at the product image section. You can consider to cut off these images and focus on the content in the description only.

2. Separate the product review part
It’s important to separate the product reviews into a standalone section rather than keeping them hidden in a dropdown. Product reviews play a crucial role in influencing customer decisions, so they should be easily visible in a prominent position on the product page. When reviews are tucked away in a dropdown, customers might overlook them, missing out on valuable insights that could help drive conversions.

I hope that my suggestion can help you improve your product page performance. Good luck with your business!

Hi @SinghSells,

Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.

Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.

1. Revamp the Hero Banner:

The hero banner is the first thing visitors see when they land on your website. It should instantly communicate what you’re selling and why customers should stay and explore more. Consider using a more specific and engaging image, along with an appealing description that explains why they should buy from your store rather than just repeating the store name.

Also, include a clear call-to-action (CTA) button that links to a collection page featuring all of your products. If you don't already have that page, creating one could greatly improve user navigation and sales.

You can follow this example:

2. Add an 'About Us' Section to Your Homepage:

Although I noticed you have an 'About Us' page, placing a condensed version on your homepage could quickly inform visitors about your store's story and values, helping to build an emotional connection from the outset. A brief section with a CTA button directing visitors to your full 'About Us' page or 'Contact Us' page could also increase engagement.

3. Incorporate a Reviews/Testimonial Section:

Showcasing positive reviews from previous customers can significantly build trust with potential buyers. Consider adding a dedicated section on your homepage to highlight some of these testimonials, which can encourage visitors to take a closer look at your products and potentially make a purchase.

4. Highlight Product Benefits:

Including a section that details the unique benefits of your products can help persuade customers why they should choose you over competitors. This not only differentiates your store but also reinforces the value you provide.

5. Improve Product Page Layout:

On your product pages, consider using a slider for product images. This allows customers to view all the images without needing to scroll excessively, making for a smoother browsing experience.

6. Simplify Product Descriptions:

The product descriptions should focus on key details about the products. Avoid placing images here that are already in the product images section. This keeps the description concise and prevents the page from looking cluttered or repetitive.

This is the section I mention:

7. Separate Reviews from FAQs: If you have a lot of customer reviews, consider placing them in a separate section. This way, your FAQ section, which contains critical information about shipping, payment, returns, etc., is more accessible to customers when they are making a purchasing decision.

This is the section I mention:

8. Add an FAQ Page:

An FAQ page can address common customer concerns, such as shipping details, payment methods, and return policies. This page serves as an additional resource for customers, allowing them to find important information without navigating to individual product pages.
