Hey everybody!

i just build a new store. took me a while haha. i mainly focused on the portable makeup box. the rest is just to show a little bit more varity. but i mainly focus on the portable box. 
do you think this shop is worthy to go out there or should i change a couple of things?

Instead of "Shop now," use a more specific and persuasive CTA, such as:

2. Update the design for the highlight product section on the homepage

Make the layout for this section more prominent. List the product's key features to generate interest.

You can take PageFly premade template as an example:

Highlight the CTA button as well. It's currently not very visible, so customers may miss it. Consider changing the background color to a darker shade to make it stand out.

3. Add an "Add to cart" button for each product in the product list on the homepage

The product list should have the Add to cart button for each product. This makes it easier for customers to purchase items without having to click through to the product page.

You can consider adding more sections to the homepage to gain more trust in customers in order to boost sales.

  • Benefit bar: Highlight the benefits of shopping at your store, such as free shipping, easy returns, and secure checkout.
  • Testimonials: Showcase positive customer testimonials to build trust and credibility.
  • Social proof: Display images of customers using your products, or feature user-generated content such as social media posts and hashtags.
  • About us: Tell your story and explain what makes your store unique.

5. Prepare for the biggest sale season of the year - BFCM

With the holiday season approaching and many businesses preparing for Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) and Halloween, your products are a great fit for this festive time of year. I highly recommend following these tips to make the most of the holiday season:

  • Share beauty tips, tutorials, and product highlights on social media to build anticipation for your sales and promotions.
  • Encourage followers to share their own beauty routines using a dedicated hashtag to create a sense of community and engagement.
  • Use countdown timers for limited-time offers or flash sales to create a sense of urgency and encourage shoppers to take action quickly.

  • Optimize your website for mobile as more and more people are shopping using their smartphones and tablets during the holiday season. A seamless mobile experience will keep shoppers engaged and boost conversions.

Congratulations on launching your new store and I see you have put a lot of work into making it look good. I personally like the aesthetics and I second Garcia's suggestions. 

Some additional points I'd like to make: 

1. Since your store is very new, if you have any kind of testimonials, be sure to add that section. Social proof will help customers make the decision to trust your store. 
2. Adding a blog section can help increase credibility and also help with SEO 
3. Adding a post-purchase survey can help with getting early-stage feedback from your customers. You can also opt for a marketing attribution survey to find out where your converting customers are coming from. If you search on the shopify app stores there should be plenty of options.

The store looks really good! I would suggest you add some social proof to your webstore. As a new brand, adding UGC content / social proof to your business really improves conversion rates as well as AOV!
