1) It takes a long time for the images on the home page to appear.
How can I make it faster?

1 - it only appears after your store has fully loaded.
2- Please check is there any option on your theme customize to select tab open by default.

You may want to make the header bar non-sticky. It takes about 1/4 of the entire screen, so while I get the idea behind a sticky header I would remove it.
With cheap products like yours you should also go for maximum AOV even more aggressively. Incentivize people more to spend $100+ for free shipping, use a post-purchase upsell (in case you aren't doing that already).
Also, consider adding a live chat option. Sometimes people have quick, burning questions. You can answer them in a minute and they may literally recover a "lost" sale.
