I opened my online site in July.
However, I'm having some problems.
Can you tell me how I can improve my site?

1) It takes a long time for the images on the home page to appear.
How can I make it faster?

2) On the product page, I would like the ”Description” to appear from the beginning, instead of having to open it manually.
How can I do this?

3) Is there anything else I can do to increase the conversion rate?

Hi @PSJ,

1 - it only appears after your store has fully loaded.

2- Please check is there any option on your theme customize to select tab open by default.

3- Add product reviews for your products because it is one of the best ways to attract new users and ultimately convert them to customers. You can use Ryviu - Product Reviews app to add reviews with photos.

I like your page actually.

You may want to make the header bar non-sticky. It takes about 1/4 of the entire screen, so while I get the idea behind a sticky header I would remove it.

With cheap products like yours you should also go for maximum AOV even more aggressively. Incentivize people more to spend $100+ for free shipping, use a post-purchase upsell (in case you aren't doing that already).

Also, consider adding a live chat option. Sometimes people have quick, burning questions. You can answer them in a minute and they may literally recover a "lost" sale.

  • Homepage

There are lots of nice products on your homepage. But you forget to put the CTA button below them to attract customers. Besides, your products will be more appealing if you set the sale off price for products displaying on the homepage. It will stimulate customers to buy products immediately and thereby increase your sales. 

Furthermore, so many products on your website can make customers get lost. They may stick to discovering all your beautiful products and take a long time to make a buying decision. You can totally solve this problem by adding a sticky cart displaying at any page on your website. It is always visible and reminds customers to check out for their chosen products in the cart. 

Sticky cart and sticky bar encourage customers to buy more and decrease the abandonment cart rate. You can try out this app Advanced Sticky Add to Cart to activate Sticky cart in your store for free.

 

  • Instagram gallery

I see that you have a business Instagram account. Take this chance to integrate your Instagram gallery feed to your store. It may help you boost conversion rate and get more followers for both 2 platforms. Shoppable Instagram Feed can support you do that at ease. Here is an example

  • Product page

In general, your product page looks good. You can add a Review section below your products to create trust and credibility from new customers. Besides, you can make product bundles with discounts to encourage customers to buy more. Most customers are willing to buy bundles for a lower total price. So don’t hesitate to create many various product bundles in your store. App Product Bundles and Discounts + may help you in a few minutes.

  • Paid add
