Chat bot broken. Need to speak to advisor - so frustrated.

After being on the support chat for two weeks I finally was able transfer my store, once i did i was disconnected from the adivsor and now my chat bot is not letting me speak to another. I lost my store when transferring and so it keeps asking me to select my store but I cannot. I would just like to speak to a live human please. I would like my store back and to figure out my payouts. This has been ongoing for so long and Im so ready to quit. Be better shopify, have human to human contact thats more accessible to your customers. You are not making business fun and easy you are doing the complete opposite.
