Hello @BareLogic, I hope you are doing well! that's great you are making sales. Here are some inputs from my side:

Add exit-intent popup. Track when someone is about to leave your website and show the visitor exit-intent popup with attractive offers and coupon code to complete the purchase.

You should add a loyalty reward program to your store. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like on signing up, leaving a review, allowing for push notification, visiting a store, follow/ share on social media. This will help you to entice customers and will increase the number of push subscribers, email subscribers. This will also help you in collecting the review. You can send an in-email review form to your customers. This can be sent automatically.

Integration of loyalty reward program with web push notification, review, email marketing, and with full automation results in wonders for the eCommerce stores. It will help you in increasing conversions and sales on your store and retain the customers for the long term. 

- Add a referral program. A referral program can help optimize your sales cycle, help you produce quality leads, and take your marketing efforts up a notch. People are more like to make a purchase when a product is referred by any friend. You can boost your marketing ROI and drive conversions with referral marketing.

I'm Richard - CRO Expert at PageFly Free Page Builder. Just took a look at your homepage and I want to give you some comments on it. Hope it helpful for you.

1. Homepage

- You should put the content and the CTA button on the hero banner so that customers dont have to scroll up again to click on it. I see that this only happen in 2 first slides so I assume this is a bug you should fix

Make the header sticky. Sticky header helps customers easily access to menu navigation and see all product links or other pages you're having although they scroll down or up on your page. Customers can also quickly reach the Search field to find products with a sticky header.

- Include in your Footer the Shipping Policy

- You should add secondary hover for all your buttons

- You should as a new section for Testimonials/Social Proofs

2. Product List Page

- You should add secondary hover image for each product + add star rating + Add To Cart button

3. Product Page

- The product details should include 3-5 additional images. You should put the images you add underneath right here:

4. Store speed

 I also did a test on the store speed you can see result here: (hint: you got high grade ^^). However, you should take care of the image compression so the web can load even faster

Now, onto my feedback..

Congratulations on your success! I think you've done a great job with the professional photos and it's great that you were able to connect with a friend who was able to give you some exposure.

One recommendation I would give is to spend some time on your SEO. By default, Shopify will pull your product titles and descriptions and use that as your SEO (that is what is happening in your case). You don't want to leave your SEO to default, you want to be intentional about the words you use so that you are reaching your intended audience. A common mistake in SEO is using the wrong words. You have to include words that a person trying to find your product would search in Google. We created a video walking you through how to do your SEO:

My next recommendation is to tweak your homepage banner a little (make sure to enter our giveaway, store tweaks are one of our prizes). That main image is very large and cut off, I'd recommend downsizing it so that the whole image shows without needing to scroll down. Here is how it looks on my desktop computer:


Next, I'd recommend encouraging the people who purchased your product to leave a review. Having positive reviews adds trust to your product.

Finally, as you've seen with the success you've already had - working with people on social media who have audiences that are within your niche is a good marketing strategy. I'd definitely recommend doing more of that as your budget allows.

Have seen your site and it looks great. Congratulations on your store. 

Here are some of my suggestions for you:

- It would be great if you can increase the size of the logo. 

- Have seen your Instagram account and it has a lot of good content. So I think you can have an Instagram gallery to show the content. 

If you want to have one, check this app: Shoppable Instagram Gallery.  

- On your product pages, you should add:

+ The Quantity section 

+ The Sticky Add to Cart bar

+ It would be great if you can have more Upsell and Cross-sell methods 

- In the future, I think you should have a blog page. Blogs can help you bring a lot of good content to your customers. 

- Also, if you want to provide your customers with PDF invoices, the app Drag and Drop PDF invoice can help you create many unique templates. 



In conclusion, You're doing great, so try to keep it up.
