Checkout - residential or commercial delivery adress

Hi,

Our transportation company requires us to tell them if the address of a client is a home or commercial address. Right now, I am looking for a way to require our clients to provide us with this information.

It would be great if this option would be added to 'Settings'-->  'Checkout' --> 'Customer information' --> 'Home or commercial address'. Or in some other way!

If the possibility already exists, I would to hear it!
