Hi @kumarv

I have visited your store and here is my feedback. Hope they may help you reduce the churn rate.

To be honest, your store appears a bit simple and not really stunning in my point of view. You can make some changes to turn your website into a new more attractive version that retains customers.

1. Homepage

  • Add hero banner: Banner is the very first thing customers notice when they visit your store. Thus, you should not ignore to include a hero banner that best reflects your brand and what you are selling. It'll play an important role in igniting customers' interest. And don't forget to put a CTA button on the banner to encourage people to buy.
  • Make sticky navigation menu:

You can also create a sticky navigation menu so visitors can go through important sections. The constant presence of the menu bar reminds users that other pages, ones they probably need, are also available.

  • Add testimonial/ Customer reviews

Adding testimonials to your website will be a good way to build trust and credibility from new customers. The majority of buyers are concerned about whether the products they purchase online are as attractive and high-quality as they appear on the website. As a result, previous customer feedback might have a significant impact on a potential customer's buying decision.

  • Add featured collections/ best seller products section

You should put some best-seller products and featured collections on your homepage so that customers can easily approach them. To motivate customers to buy products directly on the homepage without clicking on the detailed product page, you can add a Quick add to cart button. This tool allows customers to select product variants, quantity and add that product to cart quickly.

In addition, you can add a sticky bar showcasing a hot deal or best seller product. A sticky bar is a floating bar that is always visible on the top or bottom of your site to stimulate customers to buy. If you want to reduce cart abandonment rate and increase conversion rate, try out the app Advanced Sticky Add To Cart for free. It will help you easily activate the quick add to cart button, sticky cart, sticky bar and mini cart in your Shopify store.

2. Product page

  • To boost sales revenues, you can apply a cross-sell method in your store by adding product bundles with discounts. Product bundles with discounts is an effective tip to motivate customers to buy more products. Most customers are willing to buy product bundles to get a lower total price so that you should not miss this chance by adding many bundles on your website.

If you want to add product bundles in your store at ease and free, try out this app Product Bundle Volume Discount

That’s all my suggestions for your store. Hope they are helpful to you

Happy selling!

Hello @kumarv

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Add a Favicon, which helps to find your store when customer had multiple tabs in their browser.

Add a nice hero banner with Shop Now(CTA). It gives good impression when customer lands on the homepage.

You can also add About us, Contact us pages.

Add testimonials or Reviews on the homepage.

Consider to add terms, shipping and refund/return policies on the footer section.

Promote your products on social platforms and provide those social links.

Make social links open on new tab.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

Thanks,

Hi,
I visited your website. your products are very nice. I like them. But I saw something, this may be helpful to get a higher conversion rate:
- add a best seller category
- Show promotion and a great shipping policy on the top

hori_tran_0-1636539090993.png

- banner slide with call to action button here:

Example:

- add realistic product images
- make videos to attract customers and increase time on site
- pop up chat and discount pop up
- Footer: add your social media
- Add reviews for each product (some Shopify review apps can help) to attract customers

hori_tran_3-1636539321962.png

- And don't forget to add JSON LD to your site to display your reviews on Google search by SEO app. (This SEO app I use 1 year: https://bit.ly/2YxoOYC
- SEO: your mobile version is not good. Heading tags, Meta tags, keywords are not optimized. To handle this I usually use the above SEO app.
- Add Google Analytics to track customers visiting your site
- lacking favicon
- One thing I noticed while on your website, was that you have Powered by Shopify in your footer. here is how you can remove that:
Step 1. Navigate to your Online Store > Themes section of your admin.
Step 2. In the Action drop-down menu next to your current theme, select Edit Languages.
Step 3. In the Search Translations bar next to Filter please type in "power".
Step 4. Under Powered by Shopify, in the text bar, just put in a single space. This will erase the Powered by Shopify.
In the top right corner, select Save.

Hello @kumarv

Hope you are doing well.

I understand how it can be frustrating to be doing everything right but still not getting your traffic converted to sales. You may find comfort in knowing that you're not the only one on that boat. Millions of Shopify store owners are facing the same problem. This is not because you are necessarily doing something wrong, but rather because Sales is an organic process, involving people getting to know you, visiting your brand, looking at your products, comparing them with others, and finally making the decision to purchase from you. So this takes some time, during which you have to hold on tight. But, you can't be just passively waiting for sales to grow, so I would recommend you look at these tips and see which ones you can use: You have great faith in your online shop, but why aren’t visitors converting?

Another Thing you could consider: Not all traffic is good traffic.

Traffic will only have any chance of converting to sales if they are being generated by the right consumer. If your product is for females under the age of 30, but your ads are being viewed by males over 50, that is a lot of traffic, but it will never convert to sales. So, before you spend on targeting, a good idea is to have a simple Google Trends search, that will tell you who is looking for the products you search, what is their age, gender and location. Then you can put forward some really targeted ads that are bound to generate clicks.

Here are some areas where you could consider working on

  • A good idea is to have your newsletter as a popup so that it shows up when the customer enters the home page. This will make it more visible and attract more people to your newsletter from where you can target more interested people.
  • Add a sticky header. The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.

You can also consider making your headings a bit bigger or bolder, so that they catch the eye more easily.

  • People tend to buy more from people they can easily relate to. If you share your journey, your goals, and your aspirations with your customers, it will be easier for people to connect with you. If you can create an emotional connection with your visitors, people are sure to buy products from you.

  • It is a good idea to place a banner on the homepage that tells your customers exactly what they are looking for. You may add a separate banner for each of your product types

Consider, however, adding a Shop Now button to your banner, which will take you directly to the relevant product page.

It is a good idea to have multiple slides on your banner (each should stay for around 5seconds) for each product type and have the CTA buttons for each slide redirect the customer to a different product page.

  • Because this is an online store and people cannot touch and feel your products before buying them, they rely heavily on product images, which is why the images have to look top-notch.

The main problem most Shopify store owners have is that they upload raw images of their products. On the website, this makes the product color dull and unappealing.

Rule of thumb - never post unprocessed images on your website. In case you are looking to make your images sharp and professional, contact CutOutWiz for any image-related solutions.

Especially for this kind of product, it is a good idea to have multiple images of the product, from multiple angles, so that the customer can have a feel of what they are buying. If you are looking for an image processing company that will solve all your needs, you can check out CutOutWiz.

  • People always don’t know everything about a product beforehand. When they see a product or show interest in a product, they want to know more about the different aspects and specifications of the product. If product descriptions fail to provide people with enough information about the product and fail to create an appeal for the product, the visitors won’t buy the product. So, provide elaborate and appealing product descriptions to every product to increase your sales.

  • Use a star rating widget to let website visitors evaluate your business. They create standardization, allowing customers to compare different products easily. It also helps you get feedback about your products.

  • You will be surprised how much you can benefit from a chatbot. It can collect your necessary customer data, help you analyze which stuffs are trending or in more demand, and overall solve your problems by answering common questions so you won't have to.

  • I see that your store doesn’t have a Favicon. Having a favicon on your website is crucial. It makes your site recognizable on browser tabs, but it too gives a professional look to your website.

  • Customers read user reviews more than they read product descriptions. If they find that 50 other people have liked your product and have purchased from you, it helps your credibility and they feel safer buying from you. So try to add some reviews of your products and services to your homepage.

Hope this helps you. If you find it useful, leave a like to let me know! Happy Selling! Thank you and the Very Best of Luck to you!

Hi @kumarv

When it comes to churn rate, it provokes many questions you need to answer. 2020 could be the one-hit-wonder year of ecommerce since people had nothing but their screens to hang out In 2021, the landscape has been changed, e-commerce is no longer a spectacular phenomenon but part of everyone's daily life. It means you need to give your store a refresh, pay close attention to their online shopping journey and be present at all touch points.

A quick introduction, this is PageFly - Free Landing Page Builder. I would love to provide my recommendations for your store based on 6 years of providing solutions for about 100.000 active Shopify merchants.

In general, your website is focusing all on sales. There is no way for customers to experience before making a purchase. Therefore, I'd highly recommend you to be more story-telling, unique & authentically branded.

PAGE STRUCTURE

You might want to start first with the page structure. Start adding more content beside sales-y, product-oriented ones.

HOMEPAGE

Homepage in many cases, acts like a showroom, not only help people find out about the products themselves but also experience the brand.

1. Invest in a bespoke hero banner

5 first seconds is crucial to keep visitors stay longer, reduce churn rate. No matter which industry you are, the competition is always harsh and you need to make your brand stand out, or at least memorable.

2. Make the menu sticky

A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want.

3. Have a CTA button on the banner/ slideshow

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.

With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

4. Add section about your brand story

A brand story helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more professional.

5. Add testimonial - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

6. Add favicon to your store

Having a favicon for your store will make your store unique and help customers easily recognize it. You can check this article to know how to add it.

COLLECTION PAGES

PageFly_1-1636712664964.png

1. Have secondary hover images for the product list

By presenting secondary hover images, customers can easily scan many products to see extra visual information.

2. Add average ratings for each product

You should include both the user rating average and number of ratings on the product list items. This is one of the crucial elements for users’ purchasing decisions. They will rely on both to decide whether they should explore further a product.

PRODUCT PAGE

PageFly_2-1636712837198.png

1. Have at least 3-5 product images for all products

Product images are essential elements for users to judge products- if products do not display enough images, users will not be able to get a full sense of products and will be reluctant to purchase.

2. Display a minimum of 6 reviews by default and allow users to submit reviews

  • Normally, users often rely on reviews to judge a product besides product detail descriptions and other info given by a site since they consider them more legit and authentic. I would recommend you display reviews on your product page (with a minimum of 6 reviews with the ability to “Load more” and allow users to submit their reviews.

Moreover, you can check this guide to pick the best reviews app for your store!
