Feedback for your online store from the community
We are planning on using the "BUY NOW" button our our website (not Shopify), and once we click Checkout, the Shopify Modal pops, and once Checkout is completed on Shopify, the Cart does not Clear on our website. I would expect there to be a callback from Shopify to our Website that would clear the Cart. Please advise if any options to execute this. Thank you.
Good news community. After contacting Shopify’s support earlier this week, it looks as if they have already taken our complaint to their tech team and made some adjustments from their end. Testing the checkout process again today, the clearing cart seems working fine!
