I received the email that my shopfiy violated the AUP policy on December 10th, I provided the materials needed to file a complaint at the first time, but so far I have not received any reply about shopfiy, nor have I been informed of which specific policy I violated, during this time there have been looking for the customer service but are only replying to wait wait wait wait, my store is closed until now, someone Tell me why? Why shopfiy official has not responded to the complaint information I submitted, and no specific violation of which content to close the store, I think this is unreasonable, I hope to receive a reply as soon as possible!
I contacted the official customer service again and wrote a long email, but I haven't received a reply from the Shopify official operation team. This is so disappointing!😭
