I tried to add a collection to my website, which worked, I added my products to the collection and saved the changes, but when I load back into customizing my store, the products didn't show but the collection did. Instead, the collection had new products I've added. I've made countless of researches on how to fix the problem but neither have worked.

1. please check your products status  to make sure they all  active status.

2. Make sure collection publish sales channel  correct.

You can refer some ways below, and find which can work:

- Check collection conditions

If your collection is automated, review the conditions you’ve set for the collection. For example, if the condition is "Product tag is 'new'," only products with that tag will show up. Update your products to meet the collection's criteria or adjust the collection's conditions.

- Clear cache

Browser cache issues can cause the store to display outdated information. Clear your browser cache or check your store in incognito mode.

- Theme code issue

Sometimes, there could be an issue with your theme’s code. Let's check the section where collections are displayed (usually in collection.liquid or a relevant template file). After that, look for filters or conditions that might restrict which products are displayed. If you’re unsure, you may need to reach out to Shopify support or a developer.
