I have used pagefly to almost any page of my store and would like to know if it was worth ignoring in your opinion? Took me hours and hours on end and sleepless nights…:) i made no sales, so thats what has driven me to overhaul my complete store design and layout. since this current look i had over 150 visitors but still no sale. is this new store look still not enough to make visitors buy?

It looks good, one thing that stood out at first glance that you should change is this first banner image, the text is almost unreadable. I would adjust the color, image, or remove it altogether and use the second banner image instead:

I would also recommend adding some color, or border weight to the CTA button of the banner so it stands out more.

I hope that is helpful to you!

I took the time to review your store, marquisemystique.com, and I can see the effort you've put into your store's design. It's clear that a lot of hard work has gone into it. However, I did notice a significant issue that could be affecting your sales.

Your collections seem to be misaligned. For instance, when I clicked on the Handbags collection, it displayed jewelry items instead. This kind of mismatch can be confusing for customers and might be contributing to the lack of sales. Customers expect to see products that match the category they're interested in, and if they don't, they might leave the site without making a purchase.

It's great to see the dedication you have for your store, and with a few tweaks like this, you could start seeing the results you're aiming for.

Hello, viewing your website on my desktop computer, I noticed that the main menu items wrapped onto a second line. You might consider removing the Home menu item to create more spaces as your store logo already links back to your home page. You could also add submenu items to some of the main menu items such as the catalog menu item (you could list your collections as submenu items under catalog). The newer versions of Dawn theme can add a Mega Menu if you need to add lots of links and want to make it easier for customers to find your products based on different collections that you created. On my website, you can see an example of the Dawn theme mega menu. I would also look at the navigational menus of other retailers such as saksfifthavenue.com and neimanmarcus.com to get ideas.

Hi @Ommmuur1122 ,

Thank you for engaging with the community. I'm MooseDesk, the comprehensive Shopify Ticketing System App.

Having thoroughly examined your product page, I can recognize the effort and commitment you've invested in its development. Although it's impressive as it stands, I would like to offer some suggestions to enhance it further.

1. Collection Section

MooseDesk_0-1700105730146.png

The collection section has a pleasing aesthetic, yet it could benefit from a clear CTA button directing traffic to a specific destination. You can adapt The phrase "styles that complete your look" into a CTA by adding a directive element. For example:

"Discover Styles That Complete Your Look - Shop Now!"

Additionally, while the image is visually appealing, there seems to be a compromise in quality, and it appears somewhat stretched. Consider adjusting the resolution for a sharper and more polished appearance.

2. Home Page - Product diversity

Numerous new users depend on the homepage content to discern:

  • The nature of the site they've arrived at
  • The range of products offered Misunderstandings during this initial glance may result in users abandoning the site.

Regarding your homepage, it's quite easy for individuals to get the impression that your store offers both clothing and jewelry, when in fact, you exclusively specialize in outterwear.

MooseDesk_1-1700107252624.png

I recommend updating the slideshow images and  selection to feature close-up shots of your jewelry and handbags.

4. Product Page

MooseDesk_3-1700107711751.png

Your product page has all the description that a customer needs! To further improve this product page, consider adding a dedicated guidance on how to care for and maintain the jewelry.

The "You May Also Like" section on a product page is typically placed below the main product details but above or near the "Add to Cart" button. This section aims to suggest additional products that are related or complementary to the one the customer is currently viewing. By positioning it strategically on the product page, you encourage customers to explore other items, potentially increasing the overall order value. I would suggest to put that section right below your main product instead of at the bottom of the page.

5. Support

Creating an excellent user/customer experience involves establishing a platform where customers can effortlessly inquire about your product or share their feedback.

For a cost-effective alternative for your store, consider MooseDesk. This customer service app/ticketing system is equipped to implement the recommendations mentioned earlier.

Hi @Ommmuur1122

I'm Garcia from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. I am really glad that you use PageFly to build you page and I have to say that your page look great! However, there is still room for improvements.  From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:

1. Resize the navigation

It’s awesome when you have a sticky header. This will help customers navigate from every part of the homepage to any page of your store more conveniently.

PageFlyGarcia_0-1700118730673.png

Should each navigation buttons in the header be bigger, it would be more readable.

2. Adjust the hero banner

The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website.

PageFlyGarcia_1-1700118731206.png

Though the current banner can describe exactly what you are selling, there are some comments you can consider to make it even better:

  • Remove the spacing above the banner to make it full width.
  • The 3-dot makes itself look like an error
  • The CTA button should have some spacing from the text to its black background, you can increase the paddings in Styling tab to achieve that.
  • Align the CTA button on the same side under the heading makes more sense as it will not override the image.

3. CTA buttons

A crucial element for an online store's homepage is the primary call-to-action button. This button serves as a direct link to the specific page where you want customers to take action, such as a collection or product page.

You’ve done a great job by putting the CTA button right where it should. But it's more important to maintain consistent styling for all call-to-action buttons to maximize the conversion rate.

Here are some examples:

#2

#3

4. Change the field text color

Changing the color of the “Enter your email” text makes it more readable.

PageFlyGarcia_5-1700118730757.png

5. Promote in holiday season

As the holiday season approaches, and with many businesses already gearing up for festivities like Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) and Halloween, let's take a look at these expert insights to further enhance your holiday preparations.

  • Exclusive VIP Access (Mid-November): Send out exclusive access codes to your loyal customers for a sneak peek and early access to BFCM deals.
  • Bundle Deals & Mix-and-Match Offers: Create special bundles of complementary products at discounted prices to increase average order value.
  • Engage on Social Media: Post daily updates showcasing different products, sharing customer testimonials, and featuring behind-the-scenes content.

And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate. In case you need anything else, don't forget that we are online 24/7 to assist you. Have a great day ahead!

Cheers!

Hey @Ommmuur1122.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate that you have included your online store URL for us to explore and provide feedback! Looking into your store, I noticed that you do not have an announcement bar available on the homepage. You can use an announcement bar on your Shopify store to make your visitors aware of any ongoing discounts or free shipping offers. This is a great way to create a buyer incentive!

You have a beautiful store, by the way! You could potentially add social media icons to the footer of the online store to provide your visitors with brand consistency. This can also provide your customers with a sense of security about making a purchase - knowing that they can reach out to the business across multiple social media platforms about their order. I took a screenshot of the section I am referring to:

Thank you so much, yes the announcement bar is really important, especially with black week sales coming, sadly so far im getting no sales, i advertised with my last budget left for 1 day only to this new looking store you just seeing, before that my store looked very simplified and that design store was where my majority of my ads budgets sadly went into, i still had 150 visitors seeing the store look you see but im afraid that still noone bought anything... im just now sure what to do other then keep posting on social media and waiting for my next months ads budget
