Content editing

I picked a theme but nowhere am I able to edit the content so my page is not functioning.  It just has “edit here” blurbs on it.  What am I missing??  Does Shopify not allow us to edit content once it’s done???  Or do i need to learn coding.  This is way more complicated than I thought it would.  May cancel.  Going nowhere.  Also the products have disappeared and I can no longer choose apps.  I’m stuck with Spocket

I just want to reassure you that you aren't required to know any coding to set-up and use Shopify themes. All themes are fully editable and allow for a variety of customizations using the Theme Editor.

I'll do my best to help you out with this, I just need a bit more context. What is the name of your theme? Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when it says, "edit here'? 

As for the second issue, when you go to Products in your admin, do you see your products there? If not, is it possible you've mistakenly created 2 stores? You can use this link to determine how many accounts are linked to your email. 

Is it possible that your free trial period has expired? If not, which plan did you select at the end of your trial?
