i cant connect my domain it shows couldn't be connected because the store is frozen.

Hi @petparentsclub 

Please login to your Shopify account, unfrozen your store by selecting plan for it and then you can connect your domain.

yes i trird buy it shows Your account doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.

Only store owner can pay store billing, so I guess you are login in a staff account. Please login to store admin account.

i try to use my credit cartd to make the payment , yes and it failed , i input wrong information maybe. and the payment did not go through, and suddenly, i cant load the, and the error message pop out

If you can enter payment it mean you logged in admin account. If you still cannot then please try to contact Shopify support so they can check and solve it for you.
