Customer Inbox Messages Error on Send Help me Fix the Issue

i currently have ads that are driving traffic and hopefully lead to conversions.  I know to make money, I need to spend.  But I am now exhausting all my spendable dollars, fixing and updating and paying for ads and still having issues.  I have worked now with several fiverrs and no ROI to see 

Shopify inbox messages are populating.

I am not able to send reply as this message keeps populating

Why are there so many problems to encounter to get a real sale conversion

Please help

I have been paying Shopify 40 per month since Feb

I have hired various fiverr freelancers and have customized ads on fb

I am now getting customer messages and cannot send a Reply correctly

Please help
