My customers aren't able to purchase anything from my site.  Can someone look into this issue for me?

Hi, @Eddie28. That’s frustrating! I’m here to help.


In order to know how to begin our troubleshooting, could you please tell me more about what your customer’s are experiencing, and where on your site they are running into the issue? For example:


  • Is it your Add to Cart button that's not working? Or,
  • Are they not able to proceed past the shipping page in the checkout due to a shipping error notification? Or,
  • Are their payments not able to be processed? What payment gateway are you using?


Please provide as many details as you can, and if your customers are receiving an error message of any sorts at the place they get stuck, please provide a screenshot of it if you can. I’d also appreciate it if you could share your domain name so that I can take a look at it from my end too. I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
