My customers aren't able to purchase anything from my site. Can someone look into this issue for me?

In order to know how to begin our troubleshooting, could you please tell me more about what your customer’s are experiencing, and where on your site they are running into the issue? For example:
Please provide as many details as you can, and if your customers are receiving an error message of any sorts at the place they get stuck, please provide a screenshot of it if you can. I’d also appreciate it if you could share your domain name so that I can take a look at it from my end too. I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
