Delivered used product and now denying for a refund

I ordered FashionRoar™ adjustable fit Cargo Pants on this store on shopify (fashionrooar) and I was delivered a wrong and defective product instead of what I ordered. I tried contacting them for a return but they have provided a fake email. I want my money back asap. (order #3386)

I'm really sorry to hear you had to experience this. If you have reached out and they provided a fake email it would be best to report the merchants store using this form. Assuming the email they provided is fake, requesting a refund might not be possible. I would recommend you reach out to your bank and request a chargeback to receive your money back.
