First of all, congratulations on your beautiful store. I love how you did it with clean design and many advanced features such as favicon. 

Hereby, I'd like to send you some recommendations to create better customer online experience and therefore, boost the conversion rate. 

1. Take advantage of lazy loading 

Lazy loading is one of many result-proven methods which helps improve page speed. The first 5 seconds of customers' total stay duration have the highest impact on their decision. And I believe you don't wanna waste these precious moment on loading pages. 

2. Make your menu bar become a sticky section

Enable your customers to wander around but don't let them get lost in the puzzle. A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the destination page anytime they want.

3. Add a brand story

I can see your brand has the potential to be inspirational. Since you care about sustainability and the fact that no species were harmed in the making process sounds really impressive. 

Therefore, firstly, don't waste these materials. Make use of them and write an authentic, relatable and unique story about your brand. It will indeed help you stand out among others. Secondly, you might want to consider putting it right after the hero banner

4. Add a bold CTA 

No matter what is the section content, a clear CTA is crucial. For example, hereby I can see you want to display most sought-after categories. However there is no meaning if you don't encourage viewers to take action. 

Besides, you might also want to consider how to apply the brand color into texts. Currently, the color is pretty light and there is almost no contrast between the background and the elements - which makes it difficult to scan information quickly.

5. Add testimonial - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

6. Have a newsletter/ signup form

Having a newsletter on your site, customers can subscribe to their emails to receive product information, any sales campaign, etc from your store.

Add a nice logo which gives Identity and it also separates you from the competition.

Make header sticky for easy navigation. It helps customer to access menu at any time they want.

Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

Make social links open on new tab.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales.

There is no customer review option on the products. Install Product review app from the Shopify app store, so that customer can write a review when they purchase any product from your store.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more,  if you have any unique/handmade/vintage goods in your store, you can give further exposure to your products.

Thanks for sharing! I just browsed through your store and have some suggestions to make the store interactive and improve the customer experience.

Firstly, I'd like to commend the good work you have done with the store; it is very easy to use and pretty much covers all the basics for a well functioning store. I like that you have added a live chat to make it easier for your customers to reach you. The honest truth is that having a live chat feature is not enough, you need to use the live chat to reach out to your customers. If you set the live chat to launch after 60 seconds of someone landing on your store and asking, “How can I help you today?”. The idea here is to engage and show your visitors that you're available to answer their questions. This will greatly make your store more interactive.

Another suggestion would be to add a quick view button on the product on your collections and home page. The idea here is to give your customers the options to preview item details and descriptions without going to the product page. You want your customers to be able to check out the details of as many products as possible without going to the product page. When they are able to easily preview and read the product details without going to the product page, they are more likely to view more products and which in turn can increase their chances of making a purchase. You can easily add this option to your theme.

Show Estimated Delivery Date and Shipping Date - Many customers don’t want to wait until checkout to know when they’ll receive their order, and showing the Estimated Delivery Date helps users to estimate when they can expect to receive their order. Add the delivery-date estimate, or delivery-date range, within the product page, it should be close to your "buy" button. For example; “Standard Shipping — 4 business days. Get it by Nov 7”. Customers will get a quick idea of when they are getting the item and will be more confident to place an order.

I also checked your checkout page and noticed this -

The checkout page is the one place you don't want any distractions. I will recommend reducing the opacity of the image so it blends with the background and become less distracting and weird for customers.
