Feedback for your online store from the community
Does anyone know how to remove a color bubble option when you are not offering that color option?
Why does a color that is not selected as a variant from your POD as an option for a specific design (example: white shirt white graphics) still show up as an option on the shopify site? Keep in mind, I migrated my design over from the POD, did not selct white as an option, on shopify's site/variant area white is clearly not selected. On the actual store the white option is listed as a color option bubble; the shirt doesn't turn white when you hover over it but customers can selct white and place an order.
I had to refund a customer. because they tried to purchase white on white which I wasn't offering from the POD, nor through the migration over. It doesn't list white in the POD or shopify products < variants area until it's live in the shopify store. (aggravating!) What can I do to elimanate this problem?
Hi @Darius_A
To resolve the issue of unwanted color options showing up in your Shopify store:
1-Check Variants in Shopify:
2-Verify POD Integration Settings:
3-Clear Cache:
4-Remove Unwanted Metadata:
5-Disable Auto-Sync for POD:
These steps should eliminate the unwanted color options from your store.
If you have other questions, feel free to ask, and I will answer them as well.
Best regards,
Daisy
