Does it make sense to have a footer email sign up along with a popup?

I don't know if this makes sense. I personally think if the visitors close out the popup, they still have a chance to sign up at the footer after they've reviewed my site. The form is not in the footer but it's a seperate section just above the footer.

Yes! It's okay to have more than one call-to-action / way to capture information. Just don't be spammy about it. 🙂

@Taj29, yes that's totally fine. Also, to capture more email subscribers you can give loyalty points to customers on signing up.
