error message in checkout page

hello, I'm having this issue when consumers go to the order confirmation page they see this error message at the top, and the only way for it to go is to refresh the page, and it's kind of annoying.

is it fixable? I'm using (Ella-6.4.1-theme-source) in case it's relevant.

Thanks for your advice, yes the language is only Arabic because I'm targeting only Arabic countries, and the other problems you mentioned is because I'm still building my store and it's not finished.

Regarding the problem I'm facing, it's only in the checkout page showing in order confirmation page after customers paid for the order, they see the error as stated above, I couldn't figure out how to remove the error message.

It seems there is a translation error on the order status page. We suggest you hire a Shopify expert who can add the custom code for this functionality.
