Hello, so I have had my online shopify clothing store (mrsfashion.net) for 2 months now. I have had 0 orders and have a very very low conversion rate of 0.03%. I have had 3.57k sessions but no luck. My store looks good i believe and it loads quickly so I am not sure why my orders are so low. I have spent around 400£ on facebook ads/ instagram/ tiktok ads which are getting clicks as people are visiting my website however not ordering. Would anyone be willing to help me out and give my some advice or feedback as it seems like i am just loosing money. Thank you.

Once visit your store, I have to say that your store looks quite good-looming and I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building it.
However, I wanted to share some general tips on traffic and conversion with you here that you might find useful:
1. Improve the Hero Page

Currently, the hero banner lacks appeal. A more effective layout could include a Background Image, Heading, Paragraph, and Button with:

  • The image needs to be more outstanding and have a higher quality that represent your soul of brand "Mrs Fashion"
  • The call-to-action (CTA) button must be prominently displayed with a clear message.
  • The CTA's wording should motivate users to engage or experiment, encouraging exploration over immediate purchase.

👉 Consider incorporating a call-to-action (CTA) button in this section and centering the block content within the section.

2. Adding  customer review section of the homepage

I noticed that you added some review notifications for your store but I highly recommend you add more one section of customer review at the bottom of the homepage to increase trust for your new customers. Adding one could significantly improve the customer experience. It helps to organize content clearly, making the overall page look more structured and professional. This simple addition can enhance usability and make your store more user-friendly, potentially increasing customer satisfaction and engagement with your reviews.

3. Newsletter section

Ensure you offer benefits that create a win-win situation for the customer. Use enticing content like "enjoy a 20% discount" to motivate signing up for the newsletter.

Hi there, I am going to give it to you straight.. the origin story you show on your homepage does not seem genuine/true and is completely disconnected with the information that you have listed on your about page. With the amount of fake websites selling clothing off instagram these days, I find your website completely untrustworthy.

 

The clothes you are picking to sell are cute but overall I would not trust purchasing from your website. There is not a consistent story or branding on your site, it looks like all the photos are just taken from other websites. I would try to use more consistent styling and images for the products you are selling and maybe try to narrow in on a specific type of product and market.
