Facebook issues

 "Your business is prohibited from advertising, including pixel creation"...I was greeted with that message after trying  to connect the Facebook channel.  Correspondence from Shopify issued a deadline of the 26th of the month for connecting the Facebook channel. If I cannot resolve my Facebook issues, does this mean that I will permanently not be able to use Facebook on Shopify. 

This happens just as I am planning to dedicate time to making this three year old store work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for you reply. Unfortunately, Facebook is not available in my country as are so many other things. Thank you for your suggestion nonetheless.
