Facebook pixel not connecting

I am unable to optimise my facebook traffic cause the pixel isn't integrated properly. My shopify facebook integration didn't work cause the business manger account was restricted for no reason and I had to use my personal account pixel and had to manually add it into the code. Something isn't working though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
