It looks like you're enquiring about an order you placed with an online store, is that correct?
I'd like to clarify that Shopify is an ecommerce company that many businesses use to create their online store. We don't run or manage the businesses themselves, which means that we don't deal with the business' orders on our end. Because of this, you'll need to speak with the store directly so that they can provide you with an update on your order.
Have you tried contacting the seller to see if they can help?
