#1 We have a lot of customers who prefer to call in and place their orders on the phone with us. It would be extremely convenient to have a way to ship to multiple address and be able to "split shipments out" before hand rather than having to go in our shipping program and do it after the order is placed, or having to use an app. 

#2 If we could block P.O boxes from being able to be used as a shipping address, that would be amazing without having to use an app.

This sounds great. It would be best to reach out to Shopify support team so, they can forward your feedback to their developer team. They will be able to check this one out and might consider adding this feature in the future.
