Hi,

I’ve been working hard to update my website. Would greatly appreciate some professional feedback. I’ve recently been working on SEO strategies to help drive traffic there, I’ve also just started to put out information for an upcoming challenge on social media that I’m hoping will also help drive interest to my site (currently hidden on the homepage) and convert to new clients. Any tips or feedback as to what I can do to make my products more enticing would be very helpful!

With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. At my first view of your website, the hero banner is cut off and not attractive enough. Therefore, I recommend that you optimize Hero Banner with the most captivating image of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).

2. Introduce the brand clearly from the start

In the middle of scrolling through your Homepage, I suddenly feel puzzled as not only it offered healthy life programs but also sports clothes, discouraging me from making trusted purchases.

 

Therefore, it would be solved with your addition of a brief introduction of your brand, along with Hero Banner: Your life companion with favorable health programs and fitness merchandise.

3. Make your the Brand Story more readable and user-friendly

I noticed that you showcase the value proposition of your store on Homepage which can really highlight your uniqueness. Congrats. However, it can be more attractive to read with better word layout, word blocking, image illustrations, etc.

Also, you could separate the Value proposition to even differentiate your brand.

4. Optimize your Product page

As the training courses really cost, it needs to bring comprehensive information for customers to know its worth and provide sufficient proof for them to build trust.

Therefore, you could pay real attention to optimizing your product page with more product details for course: roadmap, video, testimonials

5. Highlight testimonials & certificates 

I notice that there are some small-sized testimonials and certificates on your website, which play important roles in building trust in customers to be accompanied by you and your program in the long-term. You can consider upsize these two and design them more attractively.

 

6. Add a live chat widget for your website

 

I can see that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature to allow customers to contact you immediately. How about having a powerful live chat to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases

I took a deep dive into your site and have a few suggestions to help improve user experience, engagement, and ultimately, conversions.

1. Strengthen your first impression
Your homepage does a great job of setting the tone with a powerful headline: “For Lasting Change.” It’s simple, motivational, and aligns with what you offer. However, I’d suggest making your CTA button stand out more. Right now, the black button blends in a bit, you may consider using a brighter color (maybe a bold green or blue) to draw more attention to it. Also, adding a short phrase like “Spots are limited - book now!” under the button can create urgency.

Another quick fix: The text under the headline could be slightly larger for better readability, especially on mobile. A bit more spacing between the lines would make it even easier to digest.

2. Improve product & Service visibility
It looks like you have an upcoming challenge that you’re promoting on social media but currently keeping hidden on the homepage. If you’re actively driving traffic to your site, I’d recommend making it more visible - maybe as a banner or a section near the top so visitors know right away.

For your merchandise section, adding lifestyle images (like people actually wearing or using your products) could make them more enticing. It helps potential buyers visualize how your products fit into their lives.

3. Enhance the social proof
I noticed the trust badges (guarantees, testimonials, etc.) at the bottom of the page are quite small—they’re great, but they’re easy to miss. Since trust is a huge factor in getting visitors to take action, I’d suggest:
- Enlarging those trust badges so they stand out more
- Moving key testimonials higher up on the homepage
- Adding more customer success stories with before-and-after photos if possible

4. Fix some missing branding elements
Your website currently doesn’t have a favicon (the small logo next to the page title in the browser tab). Adding one makes your brand look more polished and professional. It’s a tiny detail, but it helps with branding and user experience.

Another minor tweak: Your page title ("Wellness Wisdom – RENU") is okay, but it could be more engaging for SEO. Something like "RENU Health & Fitness | Transform Your Body & Mind" would be more descriptive and keyword-friendly.

 

5. Make the footer more engaging
I love that you have an email signup section, but consider adding a quick incentive like:
💡“Subscribe for weekly wellness tips + exclusive discounts!”
Giving people a reason to sign up will boost your email list growth.

Also, the "Follow on Shop" button looks great, but if you have active social media accounts, consider adding more social proof like customer reviews or Instagram feed previews.
