Hello @kakajdiaz
Don't get me wrong but this is my honest feedback after reviewing your site in 5 minutes
1. Favicon icon missing
2. Too big header on desktop
3 .No guest checkout
4. Limited filter options on PLP
5. PDP buy now button color looks like a disabled button
What can you suggest I do with it, sir?
If you have a developer or know someone who can help you then connect with them.
Else hire a shopify expert (such as me) who can help you to fix these problem and also make sure the website is as per market standards.
Greetings,
I agree with the comment of the partner above. The first thing you should be interested in may be color preferences. Since gray is a negative color, gray color in places like "Buy now" can give the impression that the button is not available. The customer might think "this product seems to be out of stock" and give up trying to add it to the cart.
Another point is that the announcement bar continues to be displayed when the cart is opened. You can aim to improve this for the user experience.
You can fill the product pages a bit more. Consider adding videos, FAQs and Reviews. In addition, you can present product description and technical information as collapsible tabs for a more fluid display.
Good luck.
Hi @kakajdiaz,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Favicon:
Adding a favicon image will make your website look more professional and easily recognizable among multiple open tabs. This small detail adds to the overall branding of your store.
This is an example of favicon image:
2. Navigation Updates:
Move the "Contact Us" and "FAQ" sections to your navigation menu. These are critical for customers when deciding to buy, and having them only in the footer may make it difficult for users to find them.
3. Hero Banner:
Consider revamping the hero banner with a high-quality image that clearly communicates what you’re selling. The current image might not be immediately informative for new visitors. Additionally, an appealing description that highlights your product’s unique selling points will engage customers and encourage them to explore further. Remember, the hero section is the first point of contact, so it should make a strong, attractive impression.
Here is an example for you:
You can add this description and CTA button to the hero banner:
3. Remove Unnecessary Sections:
Consider removing sections on the homepage that don’t serve a clear purpose or that duplicate other sections. This will help streamline the customer experience.
This section is redundant on your homepage:
You shouldn't display a single product on your homepage like this:
The sign-up for the newsletter section appears both in the footer and as a section on the homepage. Consider removing one of them:
4. Top-Selling Items:
There are currently two sections showcasing your top-selling items. Consider keeping just one of these sections to avoid repetition, which could disrupt the customer journey.
If you keep this section, consider adding a CTA button to provide clearer direction to your Best Sellers page:
If you keep this section, adding a CTA button linking to your Best sellers page and remove the Best sellers line:
5. Product Benefits Section:
Turn one of the existing sections into a dedicated product benefits section. This will help you stand out from competitors and give customers more reasons to buy from you.
This is the section I mentioned. You should change the heading to something like 'Why you should buy from us?' For example, make the font size larger and more prominent, such as by making it bold, to differentiate the heading from the body text.
6. Reviews/Testimonials Section:
Add a section that showcases reviews or testimonials from satisfied customers. Positive feedback can build trust and encourage new customers to make a purchase.
7. About Us CTA:
Since you have an "About Us" page, link the CTA button in the "About Us" section to this page. This will provide a seamless way for customers to explore more about your business.
8. Product Descriptions:
Break your product descriptions into clear sections. This will make it easier for customers to follow and understand the information, enhancing their browsing experience.
You can follow this example:
9. Button Color:
Change the color of the “Buy it Now” button. The current gray color might make it seem like the button is disabled, discouraging customers from clicking.
10. Guest Checkout:
Allow guest checkouts instead of requiring customers to create an account. Some customers may abandon their carts if they’re forced to sign up.
11. Communication Widget:
Add a communication widget for customers to submit tickets, start live chats, or track their orders. This will enhance the support experience and build confidence in your service.

You should try add a section for best sellers alongside the latest arrivals. It would also be really beneficial for your store to include some customer reviews as well to make it look more authentic. Lastly, the accepted methods of payment and social media accounts of the store should be linked at the bottom of the homepage.
Hi @kakajdiaz,
I'm Kate from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App.
Generally, I love your store’s design, it looks classic but professional. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
Whether you're putting the final touches on your online store or it's already up and running, don't overlook the significance of adding a favicon! It's a small yet crucial detail that can enhance your website's appearance and reinforce your brand.
By including a favicon on your website, you can effectively communicate to your potential customers that they have arrived at your company's page.
You can check this Shopify guide on how to add a favicon - https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon
The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website so you need to get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first.
It’s great when you have a hero section with an on-point banner to show here. But please recheck the overlay color of this section as it seems to be too dark to show the content clearly.
If you can align the “Shop now” button to stay in the middle and close to the heading text above it to, I bet this section would look more professional.
Also, a crucial element for an online store's homepage is the primary call-to-action button. This button serves as a direct link to the specific page where you want customers to take action, such as a collection or product page.
I’ve noticed that some buttons have no hover effect, while some do. Thus, you should recheck this part to rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.
In order to catch more attention to the headings of each collection, you should bold the text so they are no longer be easily overlooked due to their tiny font style.
A description of the product as I captured below might make the customers hesitant to make a purchase
You should organize product information in the order it should be consumed. And make it easy and quick to skim. Here is an example:
In summary, incorporating high-quality product images increase conversion rates. You can effectively enhance conversions and drive business success by leveraging visual appeal, establishing trust, and creating an emotional connection with your visitors.
So please recheck these images:
Remember, building a successful online store takes time and effort. Keep at it, keep learning, and don't be afraid to experiment and refine your approach. Good luck!
And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.
Cheers!
