I'm new to the world of ecommerce and have only recently got my store up and running through shopify.
We have had site traffic but the sales are slow and I'm keen to know how much is linked to the user experience. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Your site looks really great, and I love what your brand stands for. I recommend adding a slideshow to your homepage; that way, you can showcase all of your amazing products as it will be the first thing your customers will see. I also recommend adding store policies to your site; this will allow you to communicate important information regarding shipping, refunds, privacy, and terms of service to your customers. My last recommendation would be to double-check your product and collection image sizes and quality as you want to make sure the complete image is appearing and image quality is high.
I would love to learn more about your business plans. Do you currently have a marketing strategy? Increasing traffic to your store is super important, and I would be happy to recommend some marketing initiatives if you would like.
I really like branding and simplicity of your products! I would recommend trying to match it more with your overall website design.

I visited your website. your products and web design are very nice. I like them. But I saw something, this may be helpful to get a higher conversion rate:
- add a best seller category
- The slide banner with great visuals with your products and the "call to action" button. the slide banner should show the benefits of your products ( you can choose the best sellers to describe), your events, your discounts (Black Friday is coming, right?)
- add realistic product images
- make videos to attract customers and increase time on site
- pop up chat and discount pop up
- Add reviews for each product (some Shopify review apps can help) and a lower price next to the original one or to attract customers (on both the homepage and the product page)
- And don't forget to add JSON LD to your site to display your reviews on Google search by SEO app. (This SEO app I use 1 year: https://bit.ly/2YxoOYC)
- SEO: your mobile version is not good. Heading tags, Meta tags, keywords are not optimized. To handle this I usually use the above SEO app.

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.
Have direct links for the Return and Shipping policies
These links are important factor for the buying decision. Customers usually go straight to the footer to check out the Return and Shipping policies so you should consider display them here
Have secondary hover images for the product list
Providing extra visual should help visitors have more understanding about the product and they can make better buying decisions.
Use “Load more” button
If you have more product, you can consider using “Load more” button to maintain a constant buying experience. Customers also can compare between different products.
Add average ratings for each product
You should include both the user rating average and number of ratings on the product list items. This is one of the crucial elements for users’ purchasing decisions. They will rely on both to decide whether they should explore further a product.
