Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Add a favicon which helps to find your store when customer had multiple tabs in their browser.

Add a Logo which gives Identity and separates from the competition.

Organize the header section with minimizing empty space on it.

Add Testimonials or reviews on the homepage to build trust with the visitors.

Update contact us page with more contact details, which builds trust on your store.

Promote your products in social media and provide Icons at footer section. 

Include Blog page, Blog posting will allow you to show your followers a personal side of your business. In this way you can engage with Existing and New customers.

You can promote your products with word of mouth strategy. Boost your sales with the app from the shopify app store   which helps to increase your sales further. Improve your conversions by directly reaching those who close to your customers.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace as it is very good platform to sell unique, handmade and Vintage goods . If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store. Etsy is a Huge marketplace for selling creative goods such as art & collectibles, crafts & supplies, jewellery &accessories and more, you can give further exposure to your products.

You should add a favicon icon to your store. Having a favicon for your store will make your store unique and help customers easily recognize it. You can check this article to know how to add it.

Here are some of my comments on your homepage after I seeing it. I think it is the most important page in a store because users usually start their journey from the homepage. I hope these comments will be helpful for you.

1. Your hero banner

Hero banner is an important part of your homepage. It is a simple and straightforward way to instantly captivate visitors. It can be either a static image or a slideshow and it usually comes up at the top of the page. However, it's recommended that we should use static images instead of slideshows. It’s easier to design a user-friendly hero banner if you use a static image. Meanwhile, using a slide show will require much more refinements and can easily lead to bad customer experience.

In your case, when I want to spend a little time seeing your bed room design, it suddenly switches to next slide. Although I know I can switch back but it still affects my experience. You can consider this opinion.

Also, please check links you put on hero banner because it's very critical. When I click the Shop Now button on the Curtains slide, it opens a 404 page. When I click the Shop Now button on Lighting slide, it still opens the homepage. And when I click the Shop Now button on remaining slide, I expect to open a collection that includes your designs, not a list of different product. 

2. Categorize products into many collections

I see you have many different products (table, light, sticker...) but they aren't in any specific collection. It's hard for visitors to find the product they want. This is not good for conversion rate. 

3. Show product reviews/ testimonials

People love proof, especially when they visit a store and see many good reviews, they will be willing to shop! So you should add testimonial/product reviews on your store. You can check this guide to know more about its benefits and how to make it effective.

About product reviews, you can find lots of review apps on Shopify such as Judge.me, Loox, Stamped.io... They all work well with PageFly.

4. Display social media

As usual, social media is one of the effective ways to get more traffic and make a good connection with your customers. By displaying social media such as Instagram (or Facebook, Twitter) and constantly updating the feed.

  • Points

Motivate customers to spend more and act by using the points program. Increase engagement with your community by rewarding customers with convertible points on your Shopify store with activities like rewarding for leaving reviews, social following, social sharing, or for every dollar they spend on furniture. Collected points can be spent on the most affordable options for them. Let your loyal shoppers redeem their points rewards like gift cards, discounts,  free shipping, or free product. So customers will definitely consider purchasing from you another furniture item if they bought your products before.
