Feedback on a store and its performance

I've opened up a store selling pet accessories. Spent around 100$ in facebook ads, collected around 60 carts in 2 months and no sales. Do you think the store design is the issue? Could you please give me your honest feedback?

The potential issue that I found with loading the tax. Maybe your Customer wait for loading. And when they wait for a minute it's not load and they skip your Website.

I removed it - it is not necessary given I have a standard delivery time that's similar to all of the products. Thanks so much for the feedback and tip!!
