I have recently launched my first (pet) dropshipping store.
I am promoting it through Facebook and Instagram: I'm getting a lot of visitors but I only sold 3 products in almost a month.
I was wondering if I could get some feedback as many times other people see problems or possible improvements that you simply can't.
Thanks in advance.

Firstly, congratulation for your first online business. It would be hard at the beginning. Most other business would be same as you in the past, and now they are successful. So be patient!
I have just taken a quick look at your website and I picked up some plus points are:
On other hand, here are some suggestions that you could consider improving and hope that the conversion rate is increased accordingly.
1. Setting a sticky menu
If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky. This helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the navigation bar conveniently.
2. Showing your products to your homepage
You should show some feature products to your homepage to attract customers and they will know what are you selling whenever they go to your website.
3. Dividing your products into small categories
You can divide your products into small categories.
4. Marketing strategy
With the marketing strategy, you should spend first priority to find the methods which brings positive results with no risky and low cost. It much better for you at this time.
Tip 1: Increase Shopify sales with popup promotions
After creating upsell bundles and discounts, the next step is to start spreading the word. Popups are a great way to draw your customers’ attention towards these promotions and offers.
Some people believe that popups can be pesky, driving customers away. This might be true for those who are using them incorrectly. But when done in the right way at the right time, popups can lead to the conversion of 40% of your store’s visitors into customers. All you need is the right Shopify app to increase sales.
Tip 2: Using Affiliate Marketing
You can add the affiliate registration form on the shop menu , so any visitors who visit your site can easily approach your affiliate campaign.
Your affiliate can create an account and log in right in your shop, which is really simple and convenient.
Affiliate marketing is a marketing model which allows you to connect with various affiliates, and then they will use their advertising sources such as social media channels, websites, blogs, etc, to promote your products. You only need to pay affiliate commission whenever a customer makes a purchase via the unique link or coupon associated with their recommendation.
Why using Affiliate Marketing helps to boost sales?
Affiliate marketing may be the most cost-effective form of advertising since you’re only paying for results. In fact, affiliate marketing does not need a huge amount to build a customer service team, or running advertising. This campaign helps to mitigate any risks that drive traffic or run social ads with little or no result for your Shopify business, while also ensuring that merchants achieve what they pay for.
Generating an affiliate program allows you to tap into potential sources of traffic and revenue that you would otherwise not be getting. This is especially true of physical products, for which affiliates can do product review blog posts or videos, for example.
A research reported that 92% of customers trust the recommendations of people, companies or influencers they know. For this reason, working directly with affiliate marketers who then promote your products to their established audience, brings more opportunities and more direct sales. The plus of affiliate marketing is to expand out into new markets that you haven't explored, giving your brand a much stronger online presence.
Publishers (the affiliates) link to your website to send traffic your way. Provided they aren’t spammy, these links are usually beneficial for your off-page SEO efforts, since inbound links are a huge factor in Google’s ranking algorithm.

I'm Richard - CRO Expert at PageFly Landing Page Builder.
I have spent time exploring your site and I had to say that it's pretty refined. Please send my love to the store owner - Winston. He's such adorable. There are some points that I think that you are doing great and you should leverage.
I agreed with the above feedback and would like to suggest some additions to your collection page.
1. Creating separate categories
I see that you currently have a small number of products but for advance, it would be nice to have them put in a specific section. I believe that your store will be more developed in the future so better set them out in the first place.
2. Add secondary thumbnail on hover
I find most of your products have variants and without landing on the product page which makes it hard to notice. A secondary hover thumbnail can be used to display the rest of the product variations, such as different color combinations for the ceramic food bowls.
“Product Variation” thumbnails can not only reveal that there are more options than shown in the default thumbnail, but also could show a more suitable variation that users can explore in more detail.
3. Include product variations
Adding product vảiations below the thumbnail can help users to be aware when browsing product lists. These variations could encourage users to explore the product further as they offer choices that increase the likelihood of finding a suitable item.
4. Social feed
As you sell mainly on Facebook and Instagram, it would be a waste not to showcase them on your site. Customers can follow you on social and this could become a way for marketing besides email subscription. You can consider install our free plan and use the Instagram element to showcase your Instagram image collection.

I understand how it can be frustrating to be doing everything right but still not getting your traffic converted to sales. You may find comfort in knowing that you're not the only one on that boat. Millions of Shopify store owners are facing the same problem. This is not because you are necessarily doing something wrong, but rather because Sales is an organic process, involving people getting to know you, visiting your brand, looking at your products, comparing them with others, and finally making the decision to purchase from you. So this takes some time, during which you have to hold on tight. But, you can't be just passively waiting for sales to grow, so I would recommend you look at these tips and see which ones you can use: You have great faith in your online shop, but why aren’t visitors converting?
Another Thing you could consider: Not all traffic is good traffic.
Traffic will only have any chance of converting to sales if they are being generated by the right consumer. If your product is for females under the age of 30, but your ads are being viewed by males over 50, that is a lot of traffic, but it will never convert to sales. So, before you spend on targeting, a good idea is to have a simple Google Trends search, that will tell you who is looking for the products you search, what is their age, gender and location. Then you can put forward some really targeted ads that are bound to generate clicks.
Here are some areas where you could consider working on
A good idea is to have your newsletter as a popup so that it shows up when the customer enters the home page. This will make it more visible and attract more people to your newsletter from where you can target more interested people.
Add a sticky header. The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.
You can also consider making your headings a bit bigger or bolder, so that they catch the eye more easily.
People tend to buy more from people they can easily relate to. If you share your journey, your goals, and your aspirations with your customers, it will be easier for people to connect with you. If you can create an emotional connection with your visitors, people are sure to buy products from you.
It is a good idea to place a banner on the homepage that tells your customers exactly what they are looking for. You may add a separate banner for each of your product types
Your banner looks very good and matches your theme and product. Consider, however, adding a Shop Now button to your banner, which will take you directly to the relevant product page.
It is a good idea to have multiple slides on your banner (each should stay for around 5seconds) for each product type and have the CTA buttons for each slide redirect the customer to a different product page.
I see that your store doesn’t have a Favicon. Having a favicon on your website is crucial. It makes your site recognizable on browser tabs, but it too gives a professional look to your website.
Hope this helps you. If you find it useful, leave a like to let me know! Happy Selling! Thank you and the Very Best of Luck to you!
