Hi Everyone, I am hoping you can provide me some feedback on my store. I have been using Shopify for 3 years now. I have followed all the Shopify training about SEO, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Graphic Design, Email Marketing, Photography, I have even paid online courses about funnels, marketing automation etc, and I have not been able to monetize my website so I am hoping you can provide me some feedback on what is wrong.

Here is the link:

Thank you,

Hello @warriorgoddess, I hope you are doing well! Sachin here, from the AiTrillion Team at Shopify. Thanks for posting! I've taken a look at your store, and see that your store's overall appearance is visually appealing, and your branding is well done. I do also have a few suggestions to offer you:

- This popup is overlapping and cannot be discarded. Fix this.

Screenshot - 2021-03-20T135137.140.png

- Lower the prices or else people will shift to the competitors and this can be a reason you might miss on sales.

- Run paid ads and target the right audience.

You should add a loyalty rewards program to your store. You can give loyalty points to your customers on activities like signing up, leaving a review, allowing for push notification, visiting a store, on birthdays, on first purchase, follow/ share on social media. This will help you to entice customers and will increase the number of push subscribers, email subscribers. This will also help you in collecting the review. You can send an in-email review form to your customers. This can be sent automatically.

Integration of loyalty rewards program with web push notification, review, email marketing, and with full automation results in wonders for the eCommerce stores. It will help you in increasing conversions and sales on your store and retain the customers for the long term.

- Add web push notifications, it can be delivered to your customer’s device, mobile or desktop, even when he is not on your website. It can be used in retargeting with push notifications including browse abandonment, retargeting users abandoning the shopping cart, activating dormant users with offers, retaining users with personalized content, and more.

- Run email and push campaigns.

Moreover, if you would like to implement the above customer engagement features/ marketing tools in your store I suggest you to install the 'All in one' Shopify app AiTrillion, a full-fledged marketing solution. It will help you to capture visitors coming to your store and will help in getting more conversions.

Hope this helps!

What audience you are targeting too? Have you added some specific filters like lookalikes or retargeting audiences? If you are generally advertising to any people basis on only on the country, you might be setting up things terribly wrong.

The card abandoned rates for any e-commerce store are generally upto 65% percent. Most of this people could be converted if they are reminded of there carts in advertisements. Try to create re-targeting campaigns to show people ads of products which they have left abandoned in there carts.

Try targeting lookalike of your past purchasers, this way you optimize campaign to find people with closest resemblance to people most likely to convert on your store. If you have significant abandoned cart, try retargeting campaigns. Most of sales for our clients comes in with this campaign. Try running prospecting campaigns for initial 30-45 days and once you have enough conversion start retargeting

Use this campaigns, we have seen our clients getting significant part of their sales by following below strategies:

  • Cart abandoned campaigns - Show ads to people who have left cart abandoned on your store
  • Best Seller Campaigns - Show people who visited your store in the last 30 days, a carousel ad of the best seller in your store. The data is refreshed on daily basis.
  • Discounts/Sales Campaigns - Give discount coupons to your existing customers who might be interested in a product
  • Prospecting Campaigns - Find new audience which are similar to people who have visited or purchased from your store.
  • Social Media Base Campaigns- Target audience who engaged with your social media posts/ads.
  • Cross-sell /Upsell Campaigns- Cross sell or upsell products to audience who have already made a purchase from your store

You can also try this app Addyz. Its an ad automation and optimisation platform. It comes with predefined campaign strategies for full funnel audience targeting. This can make a significant difference in your advertising and improve your conversion rates, even with a low ad spend.

Addyz is ad optimization and automation platform for facebook and Instagram ads. Addyz allow store owners to create proven campaign strategies and branded catalogues to increase ad efficiency and boost sales

Hi @warriorgoddess ,

It's PageFly Landing Page Builder here and I have been wandering your store and just like the idea of your design at first glance. As there's always room for improvement, so for recommendations, I have some comments if you are interested:

  • Add Hero banner to the Homepage

When customers land on the Homepage, you should give them a nice welcome with useful information. Using too many pop-ups is not a good way to build your email list. I suggest you should use one pop-up with an attractive offer to make the customers willing to fill in their email.

  • Fix the layout

I can see some problems you are having with the layout on some sections, please fix them to improve the look and the professionalism of your product.

  • Interactive element.

Please make those collections look like they are clickable. You can do it by adding the hover effect on those elements.

Product page

  • More product images:

I would recommend you provide 3-5 images of products from multiple angles. Even better, you should take your own picture with the products. It will be helpful to prove the quality and the origin of the products.

  • Color swatches:

You can change your product color variant options (dropdown menu) to color swatches to improve the store's visual and user experience.

  • Size chart:

Consider including a basic size chart on your product page. Since people can't try your products when shopping online, they will rely on size recommendations to make purchase decisions.

  • Use Accordions:

Using Accordions to structure your product information with less spacing. From there, customers can choose to see specific contents they would look for without scrolling the page. You should show more details like sizing guides, shipping and refund policies, FAQs so that customers won't leave the product to find that critical information.

I hope that these comments can be somewhat beneficial to you in improving your site performance. You can give it "Like" or mark it as the solution to let me know if this is helpful for you.
