Feedback on my store - Lots of add to carts but conversions are very low

My business is typically slower at this time of year but I'm still getting alot of traffic and add to carts but conversions are down quite a bit.   I would love honest feedback on how the shopping experience is, what I can do to make it better and any issues with checkouts.

I just took a look at your website, and here's my thoughts:

 

First, the design is clean, which is great, but the navigation could be optimized. My suggestion would be to consolidate your menu into broader categories like "Shop by Gender" or "Occasions" to make browsing easier. Too many dropdown options might overwhelm customers and distract them from completing their purchases. I noticed you have a pop-up for a 10% discount on the first order, which is a nice touch! However, you could test a slightly more engaging message or even a countdown timer for urgency. For example, something like “Get 10% off in the next 24 hours!” can create a sense of immediacy. Additionally, including testimonials or reviews on your homepage or product pages can build trust and encourage hesitant shoppers to follow through.

Another point to consider is the checkout process. If there are multiple steps or too much information required, it might be worth simplifying it. You could even highlight free shipping or any benefits upfront to keep users motivated to complete their orders. 

Have you thought of running retargeting ads? It helps to bring back visitors who didn't convert the first time around. I've just visited your store and it looks so demure and adorable. I absolutely love it! From a product executive perspective, here are a few suggestions to enhance the shopping experience:

1. Consider adding a button or interactive effects to guide and encourage customers to explore your collections further. You can take a look at the attached image for reference. For now, personally, I think they look a bit like just image banners.

If you decide to do so, this should be done on both homepage and product pages. This allows customers to add their fav products to cart while they are surfing.

3. Include a "You May Also Like" section in your product page to recommend related products and keep customers engaged. For example:
