The success of your store is really going to depend on demand. The products you sell are generally very commonly available - here in Canada we have stores like Walmart or Shoppers Drugmart, we also have online stores such as well.ca or Amazon.ca where we can purchase these types of products.
Depending on your current restrictions, you might be just what people need right now but it really depends on how easily accessible these items are in the UK.
Long term, once shops start to re-open and restrictions lift, there wont be as great of a demand so I would start thinking about what is next. A good product choice should have these qualities:

You can expand your sales channels and promote your products on Google Shopping using the AllFetch Google Shopping Feed app (it's free). It allows you to easily syncing your products from your Shopify store to the Google Merchant Center.
One thing I noticed as I was going through your store were the images behind your page titles. They are cut off and sometimes blurry (this happens when you are using an image that is too small for the area, it get's stretched out and you loose image quality).

Here are some areas where you could consider working on
Add a sticky header. The headings are important to navigate the site. If the headers keep disappearing, it makes it hard to find what the customer is looking for. That is why if you make your headers sticky, the user can see them even if they have scrolled down, which makes the site more user friendly.
You should also add a Call-To-Action (CTA) or a Shop Now button to the banner, so that users can be redirected to the relevant product page, without much delay.
A good idea is to have your newsletter as a popup so that it shows up when the customer enters the home page. This will make it more visible and attract more people to your newsletter from where you can target more interested people.
Use a star rating widget to let website visitors evaluate your business. They create standardization, allowing customers to compare different or products easily. It also helps you get feedback about your products.

- The first fold of the website should always have a call to action in it - And here’s why; in most cases placing the CTA above the fold works wonders for your campaigns. This placement immediately draws your visitors’ attention to your CTA which is always good for conversions.
- Add testimonials or review carousel on the homepage. It helps in building trust with other visitors.
- Give rewards to your customers. By offering rewards for completing actions like making a purchase or following you on social media, you show your customers that you care about how they engage with you and want to thank them for it. This encourages them to do it again in the future, transforming them into valuable repeat customers.
- Add reviews on the product page.
- Add exit-intent popup. Track when someone is about to leave your website and show the visitor exit-intent popup with attractive offers and coupon code to complete the purchase.
- Add a web push notification. It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It can be sent even when customers are not in your store and bring back the lost customer to your store. You can also send an abandoned cart push notification, it helps to reduce the abandoned cart rate.
