Logo: For Brand identity, you need a proper logo to represent your business as it's missing on your website. It's a basic or important foundation for branding your business.
Homepage: Homepage designs guide your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on homepage layout design. Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided. You can add a ‘Call to action banner’ ‘New arrivals’, ‘Top selling products, etc. on the homepage to engage users.
Contact Page: You should have a contact us menu on the right-hand side of blog navigation. It should have a contact form for the visitors.

Hey @mayalen. Hope you are doing well. Increasing conversion rate is a common issue with many store owners. There are a lot of factors affecting it, but in the end, it all boils down to improving the customer experience. So here are a few things to focus on -
1- Make external links open in a new tab. This will help reduce dropouts.
2- Customers should be able to click on the CTA button on the hero banner to navigate to the product/collections page. Add shop now CTA on the hero banner.
3- Build confidence with social proof: Social proof comes in many forms like reviews, trust badges, customer testimonials, videos, ratings, etc.
------>Reviews: Get more reviews on your products, this is for shoppers to gain some confidence in buying from your store. You can use apps like Loox for the same.
------>Add trust badges and trust seals: One of the easiest things you can do to make your e-commerce site more trustworthy is to add trust badges, this will make the users feel more comfortable making a purchase. Apps like ModeMagic can help you do the same with ease.
4- Add product descriptions that give an end-to-end idea of what you are selling, what your products are made of, what the shipping charge is, and so on.
5- Add realistic product images along with 4-5 shots from different angles - this leads to trust and loyalty from the users' end since they trust what you show them.

Looking into the URL you have provided, I noticed that you are not using an announcement bar on your online store homepage. This is a great way to inform your customers of any ongoing discounts or free shipping offers that may be available. It can definitely encourage a purchase.
You have a beautiful store, by the way! You can help potential customers feel more secure about their purchase by adding Product Reviews to your product pages. If they read about another customer that enjoys the product, they will be more likely to make a purchase.
Another good way to offer your customers extra security about their purchase is to create a Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy. We have an article that goes into more details about creating a Shipping Policy for your online store and shares a couple of examples.

I've taken a look at your store and it looks awesome. There are quite a few things which if added can make better conversions.
1. Add the Home page link at the starting of the main menu.
2. Add a detailed product description in product pages. The product description should supply customers with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are compelled to buy.
3. Add product reviews as most of the customers read the review before purchasing the product. Even sometimes by reading reviews, customers may look to understand whether your product will suit their particular situation and make the decision to purchase the product.
4. Display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
5. It would be nice if product images could be zoomed in / enlarged
6. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
7. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
8. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
9. Use the same font for the whole website.
10. Discounts and limited-time offers will help to increase sales.
11. Add a section for email Newsletter in the footer to give updates pertaining to your business, products, and services.
12. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
13. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
14. Use Trust Badges
Trust badges are crucial for every eCommerce store. Until people trust you with their credit card information, they won’t make a purchase.
