Hello all,


I just started with shopify since one month. The only visitors i get is myself.

What did i do wrong.


What are the best drop shipping apps. I am working from the Philippines


PLease check and all advise is appreciated.

Hi @E-beehives, I'm Richard - CRO Expert at PageFly Landing Page Builder. I would leave some feedback on your store: 

  • Sticky header: a sticky header will follow the customers through your site and stay on their view. It can be useful for visitors to navigate easier. 
  • Search bar: please show the full search bar in the header instead of just an icon. It will be more visible to customers, and many of them will want to search for the products.


  • Banner: you have some messages on the banner, but the CTA is missing. You can add more CTAs to the banner, redirect visitors to other landing pages, and more slides on the banner to show more information. 
  • Unfinished section: you have many unfinished contents, sections on the Homepage. Please get your sites ready before launching your store or a marketing campaign. 



  • More CTAs, interactive elements: you can add CTAs like Add-to-cart or buy now button to help customers have a shorter customer journey. Showing the second product images when hovering can provide more information about the product to customers. 
  • Product images: many products on your store are tech products. So you will need to show more images and videos about those products to convince customers about the quality of your products.
  • More sections: it would be better if you can show more information like Refund, Shipping, Return or Warranty policies on the product page. Many customers will look for those information before making any purchase.
  • Color Swatches: Some products on your sites have more than one color. You can replace the default color variant selector with the color swatches feature. It should help to improve the visual of your store.
  • Most important: make your store trustworthy and professional. It would help if you gained the customers’ trust before convincing them to make any purchases. And to do that you need to improve the look and the theme of your store. You can switch to another theme or try a landing page builder to create a store with a better conversion rate.

The home Page should flow better. I would recommend setting it out like this. Slideshow Image- Collection List- New arrivals, Bestsellers- Testimonials- Newsletter sign up box- Instagram Feed.

- Engage your visitors coming to your site by giving loyalty reward points which will increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value. You can add a chatbot to make sure you never lose any of your customers. You can add web push notifications which will help you to retarget your customers anytime even when they are not in your store. This will help you to run your store smoothly and decrease the bounce rate and will capture your visitors and convert them into prospective or paying customers. You will be able to retain your customers for the long term.

You need to engage your visitors coming to your site. Make your website interactive and increase engagement on your website. This will help you in customer retention. If your store is engaging then it will help you to reduce Customer Churn Rate i.e percentage of customers who stop purchasing from your brand and will also increase your customer retention.

Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using Social Media account. We all have accounts at least in one social media. And if I have an opportunity to create an account just with one click, I will do it. having an easier way to Sign in will help you gather customer base. The most valuable thing for a company is the customer.


Social media has become a huge thing nowadays. I highly recommend taking advantage of that and adding Instagram galleries on your homepage. It will help drive traffic from your site on to your account and vice versa.

90% of people read reviews before purchasing an item. I personally do not read the description too much, I go straight on to the reviews section because that is social proof. In my opinion that is essential for every site. I highly recommend (almost insist) and adding that feature on your site. You can use Growave for that, it offers automated emails within the Reviews feature as well.

If your website doesn’t have a blog already, make creating one a priority. But if you have a blog, it gives people a reason to keep coming back. Blogs also help improve your SEO because you’re constantly adding new content to your page.

Love the store and the products. 


Some suggestions would be to fix the missing product images in the bottom of your homepage, and add some social links.

Another option to consider here would be to include more Upsell functions, Personalization or Bundling.

Now, onto my feedback..

You are offering a wide range of tech products on your website, you have clothing, tech, home decor and more. I think the mistake people make in selling so many products is that they assume they will appeal to everyone, but unfortunately it has the opposite effect.

A good product choice should have these qualities:

  1. High demand. Look for "problem fixing products".
  2. Not easily accessible. Look for products that are not available in stores or online through big retailers or Amazon.
  3. Popular. Look for trending products.

-> You don't have about us page? You can add the about us page, it’s about the reader. Readers want to see what you can do for them for an entertaining show or a comfortable rental, you need to prove to them that you offer what they need.
-> You can use the open new tab on the links on the footer section and items on the grid page, then customers are spent more time on your store.
-> I see one of your items in view page, the item contains only specifications you can add the description of items, An elegantly composed item description clarifies the advantages of the item and persuades the customer that they need the item as well as need it. Your item description is the one you need to catch their eye to in light of the fact that it can without much of a stretch pull in them and influence them to put in a request.
-> You can add review count under the product title. You can mention headings under product page content.
-> You can add trust badges. It checks to visitors that a site is genuine. Information is gathered by the outsider trust seal organization that affirms that the business is valid.
-> You can Add a blog page, Blog initially used to provide a unique way for people to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and opinions and It is a huge opportunity to increase your company's visibility.
-> You can improve your Testimonials. Testimonials take the spotlight away from the seller and shine it on the customer. Adding client testimonials to your website can be an extremely effective way to establish trust and strengthen your company's reputation. They are extremely powerful tools when it comes to strengthening your branding.
