Welcome to the Shopify Community. First of all, your website is very beautiful and well-organized, and the experience for a new user like me is quite smooth. I have a few suggestions to help improve your website further:
- The banner on your homepage takes up quite a lot of space and displays the same content. You should reduce its height to about 50–55% and update the banner content so that buyers can better engage with your products.
- Building trust with customers is also an important factor to boost sales. Consider adding customer reviews and a favicon to your website. (A favicon is a must-have item actually).
- Using sans-serif fonts (e.g., Lexend, Inter, Roboto, Bai Jamjuree) instead of serif fonts (e.g., Times New Roman, Montserrat) will make your website look more professional. Also, make sure to use a single font across your site and structure information clearly with headings, subheadings, and descriptions.
- Develop a loyalty program to encourage repeat purchases and increase customer engagement with your brand.
- Enhance customer communication methods by incorporating email marketing, blog content, and social media channels.

Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.

I find it really fascinating to put the Featured Products right under the Hero Banner, guiding customers to the best products for better sales. However, the product preview still lacks ratings, including number of ratings & total rating score.
2. Add more information and change the visual of Embroidered Jackets
As a user, I see your banner for embroidered jackets is a bit lacking information (like why it is embroidered jacket, is this your best seller product or not…) and the visual is pretty overwhelming and could be selected much prettier.
Therefore, my recommendation is to add some introduction & unique qualities of embroidered jackets as well as choosing the close-shot image of a model wearing that jacket.
3. Add Value proposition, Testimonial, and CTA button to HomePage
Based on my experience as a UI/UX expert, your Homepage can be more inclusive with those add-in parts: Value proposition, Testimonials, CTA button in the bottom.
4. Change the default order of Product Listing
The current default order is alphabetical, which might not be user-centric as Best selling, most recently… So I suggest you change the default order into Best selling.
5. Include ratings for the Product Page
As I notice, the Product Page of each product still lacks the comments and feedback of the customer which is really important in a shopper’s decision making. So yeah later, it would be nice to have that part.
6. Improve the UI/UX design of About us
The design of this page is not attractive enough I have to say. But it can be improved with highlighting words, flexibly using colors, information block,...
7. Optimize the section Contact us
I notice that you include a Contact us page, which is so cool to further your connection with customers. However, the UI/UX design and the CTA message could be improved in which I would recommend the support of MooseDesk. I notice that currently you are running on a promotion, you can consider adding a countdown timer on your announcement bar for limited-time offers to create a sense of urgency and drive conversions. Also it’s important to make it sticky even when scrolling down to keep reminding visitors about the promotion.
You can take this as a reference:
Consider adding the Explore more button to your Feature products section to allow shoppers to view additional products from your first showcase. This would help reduce bounce rate as they can continue to explore other options to their liking, so increase shoppers' engagement & allow more chances of getting sales.
Shoppers often visit e-commerce websites with the primary intent of finding and comparing prices. You should use another color or set it with other stylings to make the price information more noticeable
Your current homepage lacks information about your brand & products. It may increase the bouncing rate as users don't find important content they need. Helpful, easy-to-see, and unique benefits icons quickly introduce your benefits and give a reason to purchase from you instead of the competition.

A sticky Add to cart (ATC) button remains visible on the screen as users scroll through product details, images, and reviews. This reduces friction and ensures the call-to-action is always accessible, making it easier for shoppers to make a purchase decision without having to scroll back up.

Testimonials are an important touch point especially with first time visitors. I understand your store is new but you still should consider adding a section on your product page to showcase them. Remember to add customer avatars & star rating to increase authenticity to testimonials and the chance to convert.

First, Simplifying some of your menu labels could make navigation easier. For instance, renaming "Featured Products" to something more engaging like "Shop Our Favorites." Adding a search bar to the homepage would also make it easier for customers to find specific items. On product pages, including fabric and care details, a size chart, and customer reviews could help reduce confusion and build customer trust. A brief welcome message or banner on your homepage that shares your brand story would make the site feel more personal. Highlighting bestsellers or trending products could also guide customers toward popular choices.
Your call-to-action buttons could be slightly enhanced by using more engaging phrases like “Get Yours Today” instead of “Add to Cart.” Social proof, such as testimonials or an Instagram feed showcasing customers using your products, could help build credibility. Additionally, ensuring your website is fully optimized for mobile devices by checking that buttons, images, and text scale appropriately would improve the shopping experience for mobile users. Have you thought of running retargeting ads? It helps to bring back visitors who didn't convert the first time around. Hi there @amaya_world for a new store owner, I’m pleased to tell you that you’ve already gotten a lot of things right. The store design and usability is top notch to say the least.
I’d recommend that you include categories for both best sellers and latest arrivals on the store homepage.
It would also be very helpful for driving traffic and interest to your store to have a blog page where you’d write about numerous clothes and fashion trends.
Lastly, I’d suggest adding a FAQ section where you make mention of the things that help make your store unique compared to others.
