1. Home page

1.1 Make the menu sticky

A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want. The menu has a search bar, and making a search bar prominent is very important. This helps customers feel rest assured and they can search anytime when they scroll up or down on the home page.

1.2 Add the CTA button on the hero banner

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.

With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc. This really helps to increase the conversion rate for your store.

1.3 Show off featured products on the home page

Showing your store's collections on the home page is a good point, however, you should show some featured products of each collection and put CTA buttons for each product, like my Chloe template

2. Product page

I take this page for example

2.1 Use color swatches instead of dropdown color variant

By using color swatches, customers can easily see all colors of the product and they don't have to click the dropdown menu many times. Customers will find it difficult to identify and compare colors because colors are all hidden within the drop-down menu. The color swatches look like this:

You can use the Product Option and Customizer app or the Product Personalizer app by Zepto, they provide a color swatches option, and they also integrate well with PageFly.

2.2 Provide a list of Recently viewed items

Many customers want to view previous items. If it’s too difficult to view again previous items, they will likely frustrated, and may not purchase anymore.

I'd love to help you with a few important suggestions for your store. Store optimisation is an ongoing process, so my first suggestion is to make some of these improvements, and then retest or ask for more input.

Most of your traffic will eventually load a product page. So optimising this page is always a good investment.

@'s suggestion to add in Recently Viewed is very sensible. Perhaps more important is to add in higher quality product recommendations. On several of your product pages, I thought the recommendations were not highly relevant to the product being viewed.  This is important as quality recommendations help the shopper find the best product for them.

I would suggest using an app like Frankie which uses advanced visual AI to ensure your product recommendations are personalized to each shopper (in real-time), and as result, are highly relevant. Your store gave good impression .Here i need to suggest few improvements to increase traffic.
In product page add Wishlist and Buy now buttons. They  are used  for  promotion, but it’s also less expensive and a lot more productive than advertising.

A customer reward program is a customer retention strategy that motivates customers to continue buying from your store .Implement reward program to increase sales to your store.
Here are benefits of a reward program
1. Improves customer retention
2. Increases customer lifetime value and repeat business
3.Boosts revenue

And also add  recently viewed items and social login .
