Hey everyone,

 

Just wondering if you had any feedback on our store? We've been live for roughly 8 months now, but still very little traction  (primarily due to low advertising budget currently).

 

We're seeing more traffic, but can't get many to convert. Any feedback is appreciated.

Congrats on your new store. I have just had a look at your store and bet that you must have put a lot of effort into it, below are my suggestions and hope it would be helpful to you: 

I- Home page

You should make a sticky header- a fixed menu bar will help users navigate to the other pages easily, and they will not need to scroll back and forth anytime they need to visit one page.

- Your hero image looks good, you could consider adding a CTA button that will lead users to your product to increase conversion rates. 

- Just a small suggestion, "Shop Now" button should be a little bit bigger

II- Product page

Product Price is one of the most important criteria for users to assess a product, therefore, I would suggest you style the Product price to be more noticeable (it can be similar in size to the product headline)

 Normally, users often rely on reviews to judge a product besides product detail descriptions and other info given by a site since they consider them more legit and authentic. I would recommend you display a minimum of 6 reviews by default on your product page (use a "Load more" button to inject additional reviews into the same page, not Pagination) and allow users to submit their reviews. -> You can improve your Testimonials. Testimonials take the spotlight away from the seller, and shine it on the customer. Adding client testimonials to your website can be an extremely effective way to establish trust and strengthen your company's reputation. They are extremely powerful tools when it comes to strengthening your branding.
-> You can begin giving dedication focuses to your customers on various credits like joining, subscription, making a buy, taking into account message pop-ups, sharing or following via web-based media mean referral rewards. This will assist you with captivating your customers and hold them. You can compensate your customers to reclaim those focuses. At the point when you will offer focuses to them they will come back again later on to cause a buy to reclaim those focuses.
