Hi @Jaroslaw_Kulacz , this is Opinew - Product Review App. Here are some comments I would like to add about your store:

The Homepage

  • Banner: you are having only 1 banner on your Homepage, which is not enough. You should have more banners and a clear CTA. You make the whole banner clickable but still, keep a CTA. It can be confusing for some users.

  • Testimonials section (should have): you must have a testimonials section on the Homepage if you want to improve your reputation and brand. Customers’ purchasing decisions can be greatly affected by social proof content like testimonials. When customers see good reviews from other customers, they would feel safe when shopping in your store.
  • The Featured Product (should have): if you have any flagship products you want to sell faster, then the Featured Product section will be a good choice. A countdown timer will be a bonus to this section.

Your Product page:

  • The product images: it looks like that you are using stock product images. You can improve product images by taking your product picture. The original product images can prove your product quality and source.
  • Review sections: This section has some problems which can be confusing for customers. Please check this problem as soon as possible. You can also encourage customers to write a review by giving away some rewards.

  • Delivery date (should have): your delivery date is not closed enough since most customers want to know when they can receive the product. So you will need a better-estimated shipping date range

  • Color Swatches: this feature is not working on some products. Please fix them as soon as possible so those products can be purchasable.

I hope these suggestions can be helpful for your online store.

Good luck with your store!

Hey @Jaroslaw_Kulacz,

Sorry to hear that you haven't gotten any sales since May. I've taken a look through your store, hopefully my feedback will provide some insight as to what is going on.

This is something we see very commonly on the forums. People tend to start shops selling things like jewelry, clothing, tech and etc. The problem with this is that these types of items can already be purchased offline in hundreds of retail stores as well as online through thousands and thousands of online stores. When a person is searching for a clothing item or a piece of jewelry in Google, these big companies with massive marketing budgets are who is showing up in search results and who you are competing with for customers.

Now, a person can complete IF they give people a reason to purchase from them vs. the other guys. An example of this might be someone who sells locally, their "reason" as to why you should purchase from them vs the other guy is because they are local and a lot of people are passionate about shopping local. In addition to this, they can also get products to their customers faster and can offer incentives such as free local delivery.
I would think about all your "whys" and what sets you apart and use that in your marketing and in the text in your store.

If you cannot find a way to set yourself apart in the market, it is time to move on to a different product. What we recommend is selling winning products. A winning product choice should have these qualities:

  1. High demand. Look for "problem fixing products".
  2. Not easily accessible. Look for products that are not available in stores or online through big retailers or Amazon.
  3. Popular. Look for trending products.
  4. Good profit margin. We recommend 3x what it costs you for the product.

We did a video that explains how and where to find winning products that you can watch here:

PS: If you decide to give Ecomhunt a try (one of the methods we recommend for finding winning products), here is our affiliate link:

Using our affiliate link does not cost you anything extra, it tells Ecomhunt we sent you and we may receive earnings for that referral.

We regularly post a selection of winning products on our YouTube channel, here is our latest one:

If you’d like to see more, consider subscribing.

I wouldn't recommend requiring visitors to accept terms and conditions at checkout, it's adding an unnecessary barrier at your checkout. I would add the terms and conditions to the footer where you have the rest of your policies.

You need to add in an estimated shipping time at checkout. For some people, shipping time can be a deal breaker so they won’t proceed with their purchase without that information.
If you are concerned that displaying longer shipping times will turn people off, what I would say is long-term, you want happy customers so it's better to say up front, "hey, this could take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive" rather than not giving a shipping time and then getting an email 2 weeks later from an unhappy customer wondering where their package is. I’d also recommend taking a look at alternative suppliers. We did a video showing several USA suppliers that can get products to your customers faster:

I think you’d benefit from our free guide “5 Step Fix for High Traffic & No Sales”. In the guide we give tips for a profitable ad strategy, tell you how to generate free traffic, share design tricks to transform your Shopify store into a professional, trustworthy store that customers want to shop at and how/where to find winning products. Hey @Jaroslaw_KulaczThis is AiTrillion- an All-in-one Marketing Platform on Shopify. I've taken a look at your store, and your store's overall appearance is visually appealing, and your branding is well done. Here a few suggestions you can work on:

Add the ‘buy now’ button- it lets your shoppers purchase the products they want faster and avoid extra steps of the checkout process.

- Add a review carousel on the homepage, it helps in building trust with other visitors.

- Add a section of trending products on the homepage. This helps to attract customers to the products that are in trend.

- Add a call to action button like shop now on the announcement bar so customers can take an action.

Add exit-intent popup. Track when someone is about to leave your website and show the visitor an exit-intent popup with attractive offers and coupon code to complete the purchase.

Start giving loyalty points on activities like on signing up, allowing for push notifications, follow or share on social media, on birthdays, visiting a store, leaving a review. This will help you to entice your visitors and will also increase the number of push subscribers, reviews, newsletter subscribers. A loyalty program helps in increasing sales and increasing the retention rate.

You need to engage unhappy customers before they turn away from your brand for good. You can do this by offering rewards and enabling those channels we mentioned above.

To add the above marketing engagement tools there are many apps available in the Shopify app store. Instead of installing multiple apps, you can install the all-in-one Shopify app AiTrillion and get all the benefits of marketing features in a single app.

P.S- Free plan available.

Hi @Jaroslaw_Kulacz

Your store gave good impression .Here i would like to suggest few improvements to increase sales.

->Your testimonial page serves as a platform to show off how others have benefited from your product or service, making it a powerful tool for establishing trust and encouraging potential buyers to take action.  Visitors will get a chance to see it even if they don't browse any further. Having positive feedback from customers on your website has been proven to increase conversion. A new customer is much more likely to use your services or buy your product if they know previous clients were satisfied.

->Buy Button is basically a shortcut to buy one of your products. Customers don’t need to go to a separate page to finalize their order.

1. Reduces checkout time

2. Increases the conversions on your site

3. Almost doubles the number of orders

4. Improves User Experience

->Social logins have as many benefits for businesses as they do for users. It reduces the number of steps between arriving on the site and buying to improve conversions. One-click logins also decrease abandonment - new users don't have yet another password to remember. Social logins can make the registration- or subscription process easier, and therefore faster.

->The most common reward program allow customers to accumulate points through sales or straightforward actions on your store. Customers earn reward points on every purchase they make, which can then be redeemed for a reward to encourage them to make a repeat purchase. You can provide rewards for Registration, subscription, Order credits. It will helps in increasing sales.
