Feedback to my Store and my approach to get Traffic and Sales

Hello dear ones.

I need your knowledge and feedback.

My store is called

I have the problem that I can't get much traffic and when I do get traffic I usually don't sell much. My conversion rate is +/-1.

I get traffic and sales mostly through collaborations with influencers via our Instagram page: ominay.glasses.

I've also tried Facebook Ads to get traffic with the goal of conversions, but it was pretty unsuccessful and backfired financially.

I haven't tried Google Ads yet.

Now I was wondering if the website seems untrustworthy? What do you think?

As far as marketing tips go I cannot recommend our starting guide on Make your first sale in 30 days that offers a variety of different ways you can get your brand noticed and have people engage with you. With the end goal of landing sales! 

Advertising via paid ads on Facebook and Instagram are reliable options with a proven track record. With that said, it's not quite as easy as piecing an ad together and waiting for sales to come in. There is an art and science behind great advertising. I think our guide How to Advertise on Facebook is going to a valuable resource for you to check out.

Have seen your store and it looks great. 

However, here are some of my comments for you: 

1. Homepage:

- I think you can make your logo look more outstanding. 

- This banner should have a message to encourage your customers to click on the CTA button. Also, you can have more than one slider to show some specific products. 












- Maybe this section has too many words. I think two-thirds or a third of that is more suitable. 


- You're having too many product sections on your homepage. You need to get rid of some. 

You only should have some product sections like New Arrivals, Featured Products, or On Sale. 

- I see that you're having an Instagram gallery, and it looks good. However, I think you can turn the feed into a shoppable one. 

If you want to have one, Shoppable Instagram Feed by AllFetch will help you do that with ease (FREE). 


2. Product Pages: 

- When your customers scroll down the page, you need to keep the ATC button visible. One way that can help do that is the Sticky Add to Cart bar

- Add more reviews for each product to increase social proof. 

- You can have a product page Instagram gallery if you use the app above. 


3. Increase traffic: You need to 

+ SEO your website. 

+ Use influencers to attract more. 

+ Write blogs

After review of you store, I will advise you to install some social proof apps on the store. Most of the buyers will not buy if they did not found the site authentic. For first time buyer's you have to win their trust and social proof are great way to achieve that.

Also, you have not added any push notification app pan your store.Push notifications have high conversion rate. Most of the visitors just leaves after adding product to cart without purchasing it. Push notifications are great way to remind them of their abandoned cart and nudge them to complete the purchase.

You are really missing out with this core functionality which could easily recover some lost sales for you.

There are plenty of app on appstore which are offering push notification either for free or for very reasonable price.

This one is offering abandoned cart ,back in stock and price drop notification on push and emails.
