Hello - I use Gelato for print-on-demand wall art and am looking for feedback on the layout of my store. I'm still working on importing products, so I'm really looking more so for general feedback on layout, design, and how my product options are showing, including different variant options.
Please take a look at my store, ArtNeura, at ArtNeura.com and let me know any improvements that you think I can make, or perhaps themes that may better suit my store.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

Congrats on your new store! Your store looks stunning. I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. However, I have some comments to make the good get even better. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Add a Favicon:
Including a favicon image is a simple yet effective way to make your website look more professional. It also helps customers quickly recognize your site among the many tabs they might have open.
Here is an example of favicon image:
2. Improve Font Readability:
Consider increasing the font size across your website and making the headings bold. This will make it easier for customers to distinguish between headings and content. Additionally, the current font family might appear too light, so opting for a medium-weight font could improve readability and help customers focus more on your content.
3. Revamp the Hero Section:
I suggest removing the phrase "Browse Our Latest Artwork" from the hero section, as it seems a bit out of place.
This is the phrase I mention:
Instead, the hero banner should prominently feature images that clearly convey what you're selling—if you're selling artwork, the hero banner should showcase artwork. The current image might be drawing more attention to the furniture rather than the artwork. An appealing description can also entice customers to stay longer and explore your offerings.
You can follow this example:
4. Add a Product Collection Section:
Right below the hero section, consider adding a product collection section to give customers an overview of your product lines. This will help them explore your offerings more easily and make informed buying decisions.
You can display the product collection by organizing them into categories, similar to what you've done in the navigation menu. You can follow this layout:
5. Include an About Us Section:
An "About Us" section can help build an emotional connection with your customers, allowing them to learn more about you and your store. This can increase trust and make them more likely to purchase from you.
6. Showcase Reviews/Testimonials:
Adding a Reviews or Testimonials section will highlight the positive experiences of past customers, making potential buyers more confident in their decision to purchase from you.
7. Revamp the Footer:
Consider updating the footer to include a sitemap for better website navigation and your contact information. This will reassure customers that your store is legitimate.
You can follow this example:
8. Improve Product Page Navigation:
On product pages, consider revamping the product images into a slider format so customers don’t have to scroll extensively to view all the images. Additionally, dividing the product description into sections can help customers find the information they need without unnecessary scrolling.
9. Audit Website Content:
It’s important to audit your entire website to ensure that all pages contain relevant information. Pages without content can negatively impact the user experience and may cause visitors to leave your site.
10. Add a FAQ Page:
Finally, adding a FAQ page will address common customer concerns, providing them with the information they need to make confident purchasing decisions.

Hi @artneura
Just one point to add: have you considered showcasing a piece of artwork in those images? Currently, it’s a bit confusing, as it seems like you’re selling a blank canvas or a frame.
Hope this helps!
Hi @artneura,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm Tracy from BON Loyalty.
It's exciting to see your journey with print-on-demand wall art through Gelato. I took a look at your store and have some feedback to help you improve your store.
1. Sticky menu bar: It's better to use sticky menu bar which can enhance user experience by allowing customers to easily navigate your website without having to scroll back up.
2. The Hero banner is quite big and doesn't focus on your products. And ensure the hero banner fits within one scroll for optimal impact.
3. From my perspectives, the title "Featured artwork" isn't so attractive that customers need to pay attention to it. Consider using more engaging titles like "Best-Sellers" or "Hot Picks" to draw interest.
4. On the product listing page, I recommend adding filters to help customers easily narrow down their choices and find what they’re looking for.
5.The font and text color are somewhat challenging to read. Consider using a more legible font and a color that provides better contrast for improved readability. Additionally, if you plan to add more angled images or images with backgrounds, consider arranging them in a product carousel for a cleaner and more organized presentation.
I hope this feedback is helpful for your store. We're excited to see how your store evolves and thrives in the future!

Hi @artneura,
I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.
I would be happy to review your website and provide feedback on the performance. Here are my recommendations to improve the UX/UI of your website:
1. Banner
The current banners are too general, you should use a high-quality, eye-catching hero banner with a clear value proposition and a strong call-to-action (CTA). Highlight any ongoing sales, new arrivals, or bestsellers. Below is a reference:
2. Featured products
3. Improve search bar
You should enhance the search by making larger product images, showing pricing, adding search by material, search by collection to improve search bar. Below is a reference, with large pictures, it provides a better experience on mobile.
I hope some of my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.
Good luck!
