My brother and I run a men's clothing brand. We started our Shopify store in 2021, but online sales since then have been very slow (we perform much better in-person at events). Our conversion rate is currently under 1%. We are open to any feedback on the layout, design, and content of our website.

You can consider Hotjar or Smartlook website visitor tracking tools to gain a complete understanding of your sales performance. Also, analyzing Google Analytics data and Search Console reports can provide valuable insights into your website's status and customer behavior.
I think you should improve the pop-ups on the home page - create pop-ups that bring value to your customers in the right place and at the right time. Set up the frequency at which your pop-ups will appear to the same user. If the visitor has cleared away your pop-up, make sure it doesn’t appear again for several hours or even days. Respect your customer’s “No” and allow them to traverse your website on their own terms.
