Hi @Jea,

It's PageFly - Best Page Builder App here and I'd like to share some of my initial thoughts when first browsing through your online store. I hope that my recommendations based on 6 years of providing solutions for more than 100.000 merchants can be beneficial to you in improving your store performance.

After browsing your store, I am very impressed that you have:

  • Impressive hero banner
  • Hover effect for all CTA buttons
  • Testimonials from customers

Besides these highlights, I have some comments and suggestions for your page below:

I. Homepage

1. Add a featured collection section

A featured collection should contain specific items your shop highlights. When a customer enters your store, they will have the first impression by looking at these products, so you should have a great strategy on what to display.

This section will help you:

  • Improve product visibility: for example, there are some products that don't get as many views as others. You can place them in the featured collection to increase traffic to these products.
  • Position your products on e-commerce sites: You can display your best seller items on your home page to cut down on the time for customers to find best selling products.
  • Improve your store revenues: When customers already find something they need right from the home page, they will be more likely to hit the CTA buttons.

You can check this section for reference:

2. Use Color Swatches for Product Details

Currently, you are using a dropdown box for color options. This is good, but the color swatches are much better.

Users who cannot easily determine all the color variations a product comes in may overlook options they would prefer and prematurely abandon a product that could have been suitable.

So the advice is that you use swatches to display colors for your products.

Kindly check this example for reference:

Information on shipping and payment should be made clear from the first place. You should include this information below the hero banner. When the customers actively know your policies, they will be more likely to make purchases.

Take this one for example:

II. Product page

1. Provide 3-5 product images from different angles

Users need to gain a comprehensive visual understanding of a product in order to make a purchase decision, and straight-on shots of the product rarely fulfill this requirement.

Showing a product from multiple angles helps users gain a similar holistic understanding of a product as if they were seeing the product in person, but to achieve this goal, each angle displayed must be unique and reveal new information about the product.

In your case for example:

You should have more images of the product’s material, how it looks from the inside, etc.

2. Display minimum of 6 reviews by default, with the ability to load more

Users’ reviews are very important in online shopping. To increase conversion rate, it is advised that you have a review section where customers can read true reviews of your products. And you should display a minimum of 6 reviews by default. A too-short list of reviews prevents exploration and pattern detection.

3. Always allow buyers to submit product reviews

Buyers always value reviews as a “personal” recommendation from other buyers, relying on and trusting reviewers to essentially vouch for the quality of the product. When you leave space for your customers to leave reviews, the chance that your sales increase can be much higher.

Make sure you have this section on your product page:

To create a review section, you can use third-party reviews apps such as: Loox, Yotpo, or Judge.me, etc. PageFly integrates with these apps. Or you can check this guide on the best Shopify review apps for your online store success.

Overall, your home page is good, but you can always find room for improvements. You can check this article on how to BUILD AN AMAZING HOMEPAGE. I am sure there is all the information you need.

Hello Jea, I have had a look at your store and here are a few things I think you could add to make it even better.

1) There should be a search button on the homepage. This would make it easier for customers to find certain products without stress.

2) There should be sections for the latest arrivals and best sellers on the homepage. These are two categories that customers tend to look out for when they visit a store so it’s best they are kept separate from the crowd.

3) Show customers what others are doing in your store. This would help motivate them to take actions in your store when they see others doing so and this will likely lead to an increase in the number of sales made in your store. You can do this by downloading the Show Recent Orders App here https://apps.shopify.com/show-recent-orders

I wish you and your business the best of luck!
