Hi @SC101

First of all, I'd like to point out some good points such as:

  • Have a clear CTA button on the banner
  • Display newsletter signup on the home page
  • Have clear Shipping and Refund information
  • Add a favicon for your store 

Besides these things, I have some comments and suggestions for you:

HOMEPAGE

1. Make the menu bar sticky

A sticky header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want. Therefore, you allow customers to wander and explore more easily, just like how they are shopping in a brick-and-mortar store.

2. Make sure the hero banner stay above the fold 

By "above the fold", I mean the very first section should be displayed fully without customers' having to scroll down to see it. 5 first seconds experience of any visitor is truly important and I believe you want them to grasp as much information about your store as possible.

3. Avoid duplicating the CTA button

In this case, you are showing CTA on both a banner image and also a clickable button. Therefore, you might want to consider deleting one. I'd highly recommend you to keep the CTA clickable button as it can guide customers to the right destination page once they feel motivated enough.

3. Add section about your brand story

A brand story helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more professional. 

4. Add testimonial - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. Especially in the Apparel industry.

This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

5. Pay attention to the smallest details

Consistency is a key word to better improve the customer experience. Hence, even tiny details like caps lock texts or not, spacing between 2 sections, etc need your full attention.

1. Have secondary hover images for the product list

By presenting secondary hover images, customers can easily scan many products to see extra visual information. 

 

2. Add average ratings for each product

You should include both the user rating average and number of ratings on the product list items. This is one of the crucial elements for users’ purchasing decisions. They will rely on both to decide whether they should explore further a product.
