I’ve just checked your webpage, and I found it very cute, since your are selling the products about baby product. Hope the advice could help you out.
Homepage
I’ve noticed that this ‘general information’ appeared when I browsed your webpage. According to scientific research, a large number of users exit the webpage directly after seeing the information they are not interested in. The appearance of 'general information' will make customers mistakenly think that they have browsed to the bottom of the webpage, thus ignoring the browsing of the following products, but this is clearly not what you intended. Move this section downward to the bottom of the webpage could provide your customers opportunities to see the information of ‘Gift ideas & Accessories’.
Banner
The overall design of your banner is pretty good, the function of it is to provide your customers a better immersive atmosphere of your product to draw the customers’ attention at the first place. You did it great. However, there is a vital problem you need to pay attention to, the resolution of the picture. High-resolution picture is more professional. It includes more product details, using high-resolution pictures can help give a more professional appearance to your website or marketing materials. Low-resolution pictures will reduce customer trust and leave a bad first impression for your visitors.
Marketing tools
I’ve noticed that you use the chatbot to achieve some level of the automated marketing, which is good. I don’t know if you have the problem of conversion. It’s strongly recommended you to add some pop-up window functions, (for example add the product discount information on the pop-up windows), so as to increase the probability of users leaving email addresses. Later, use email marketing to facilitate customer conversion, which is also the marketing method that most stores are currently using.

Mentioning a few pointers that I think will be useful:
- Create a customer account icon and Wishlist icon next to cart icon.
- Keep Trust Badges on your home page so people know your policies.
- No Social Media Icons on Home Page? This helps bring in more traffic to your store.
- Consider using the 'Coupon Discount on Cart' App from the Shopify App store for all your discounting needs. This App shows all available discounts to the customer right at Cart Page in popup mode. Thus boosting sales.
- Speed Optimization is recommended for your website as its scoring 48 on mobiles and 93 on desktops. A fast website scores 90+. This affects your search engine ranking. Even though your desktop speed is perfect, remember that most customers visit stores through their mobiles.
